Great looking van. Enjoy! That’s my Bigfoot motorhome in the background in the parking lot when you’re testing your lights. Gotta love Justin and the guys at UJoint. They do great work. 😎 6:57
Awesome build. Im new to overlanding. Im on a budget and didnt want to use my pickups for overlanding. I researched the Excursion and Suburban for my rig. I opted for the Suburban Z71 because the price of $2,300 was hard to pass on. Combined with more room to work on in the engine compartment if issues arise, the electronic 4x4 and factory G80 limited slip. We don’t have the awesome off road scenery on the east coast. So i will definitely be taking a trip out west for vacation time. Im keeping it simple, removed the seats and threw in a mattress for now. Will get a cooler and other supplies. May even get a fishing kayak one day.
This is an awesome setup with all that work it needs a proper Ford style 4x4 dash indicator. I hate when they put it down at the side just seems cheap on such a nice build.
Do they make a rear wheel drive into a 4by 4 or all wheel drive. I buying another van E-350 2010 extended Ford van. Used be a van for police crime scene van.I’m thinking to do it to. The lift I’m picking up tomorrow to buy. I have 3 other van I used for work. It always. Good to have back up vehicle
Killer build. When did you get your rack? Aluminess seems to not build those for the Fiberine tops anymore. I’m looking for one for my high top. Any info would be appreciated 👍🏽🤙🏽😁
Thanks! The previous owner of my van bought it back when Aluminess still made it. Unfortunately, it is not in production anymore. The rack alone was one of the reasons I wanted this van so much when I bought it lol.
Holy smokes you put some money in that car 😮 Looking good, curious about how it’s going to be on the interior part. Too big for me as I like it small and compact so the Toyota Hilux was my choice of my adventure beast 👊🏽🔥🙌
I doubt it. He has a house and kids. And it doesn’t seem to slow down the amount he travels or fishes one bit. Will is a great cinematographer with a nice set up, but that doesn’t change the fact that adventure van diaries are a common trope in outdoor TH-cam.
Did he really go through this entire video and never mention the cost of a single thing or did I just skip it? How could you tell us anything and not have that be the first thing?

not sure I understand your post...are you saying that you bought a Suburban with a Z71 package for $2300? That seems super cheap...
