It’s taken me 40yrs (so far) to get here and I’m just starting to enjoy the fruits of my labour. It hasn’t been easy and there’s still so much to learn but I feel like I have something to offer the world, even if that turns out to be how “not" to do things!
Either way we’ll learn something new, create a better version of ourselves and change the world for the better…together…

What are your tips for staying cool in the summer?

My tips are putting cold water on the back of your neck, wrists and ankles! Opening the window but keeping curtains shut. If you don't have a paddling pool, then use the hose to cool you down or have a cold shower indoors!!! Great advice Liam, loved the bloopers again!

Love those! Apparently having a cold shower is really good to focus the mind and help creativity so if you're working at home it's a double whammy..👍

😎 Growing up and living most of my life in Florida, it's interesting to hear perspectives of other places about summer. Getting out early before the heat of the day is part of my routine. It is not uncommon for me to take a sub-30-minute nap. I will need to work on silly. We do try to make sure we spend time being active and eating non-fatty foods. Hydration is key. Fresh fruits can really help when it's hot. Thank you for sharing the video.

Agreed, hydration is very important & fruit is a great way to increase your fluid intake without getting bored of water! Thanks for watching 😁
