I’ve been in the industry twenty years and Geoffrey’s channel is always very helpful, every day is a learning day. For domestic boilers the overall package from Worcester ie boiler, support and warranty support makes them the best in the business. We haven’t seen many issues with them in service but where there is a problem they will sort it out. If you don’t like them that’s fine, but they aren’t a major force in the UK by their advertising budget alone.
Hi Been watching your vids for a few years now and I think you do them brilliantly. Quick question, your obviously a Worcester engineer so could I ask if you could do some oil boiler vids please. Worcester oil boilers have long been a pain in the but to work on and some guidance would be brilliant. Im a half decent engineer so the burner isn’t the problem more good practice with faults please. Again many thanks and hope your keeping safe Mark
Hello I’m thinking of ordering one of these Has the 8000 clearly a design fault side door cover or socket for the data cables plug been redesigned to stop this yet if you order a new model ? Or is something shipped with new models now so it won’t touch the case . If is there a model code difference so you don’t get caught out when ordering
I'm a consumer. This fault is a pain in the neck. Had WB return four times om the same 224 fault on a brand new boiler .....

The actual rest buttons are the 2 arrows < up and down > press together for 3 seconds should be ok again 👍 👌
