Hi. I recently started to get an 2910 error on my green star 8000 life boiler. The pressure seems to be really high at 3.5 bar. I have to manually release the pressure from one of the radiators to lower it. The error goes away when I turn the boiler off and on again but reappears a few days later. Any thoughts? Thanks
Is your filling loop open, or if you have the blue tap is it jammed open? Could be when you are releasing pressure it fills back up right away. If not i'd definitely give Worcester a call or whoever installed it for you. Shouldn't be that high, is it a combi? The error code normally relates to the flue so will need a gas engineer to sort this out im afraid
@@iheat The filling loop looks fine. But the 2910 error has gone and I now get a 2961 and occasionally changes to 2962 error. Googling the error shows it's related to the fan. I have an engineer coming in the next few days.
@@iheat it's been ongoing for about a week and half. It still works if I turn it off from the mains and turn it on again. Hopefully a replacement fan should fix it
@@iheat WORCESTER BOSCH GREENSTAR. Thanks for the reply. No error code or anything. Just saying fault. And no water pressure either. It’s showing 0.0. Maybe something has frozen? The pressure doesn’t change when I try and let water in either
I know its an obvious one but have you tried resetting at fuse spur or on the boiler itself? Where abouts are you? Not frozen condensate is it? Is it and old boiler? Sorry for all the questions
I went into settings and changed it from room temp sense to weather sensor... It now reads 1037 fault.... It won't reset.... How can I return the setting to room temp whilst in fault?
Hey if you've tried the reset button, shut it off at the fuse and still can't get back into the settings it will need an engineer looking at it to put it into engineer mode and hopefully get that setting turned off. You'll have to give Worcester a call i'm afraid.
Hey sorry for the late reply, have you checked your thermostat if you have one, is it calling for heat, does it have batteries, is the fuse for the receiver working, does the receiver have any lights on. Sounds like it will be a thermostat issue either wiring, the thermostat itself. Do you have a thermostat and what boiler do you have / how old
Just saved me a call out charge cheers
Awesome!! What error code did you have

Okay hopefully they can find the issue, how long have you had it?

Hi mate, just got a a messed saying fault on boiler. How would I sort that ?
Hey sorry to hear this! What boiler do you have

No water in the system either. No water coming though the stopcock and none inthe radiator

@@iheat thanks so much it was the fuse spur! Legend. Do you have a place where I can send a tip or anything? You’ve saved me a big call out fee
I got a Worcester 4000 with 2962 fault code can you help
Hey this sounds like a low water pressure error, if you go into settings and boiler status what pressure does it show

Hi mate.
Got greenstar 24i junior , 026 code displayed. Do you have any idea what that would be?
what is it, 203 Boiler in standby, not heat energy demand, and how to fix this one
