Ronnie Coleman was the greatest Mr. Olympia champion. Unfortunately he never build any real muscles because he was taking steroids and was training for sarcoplasmic growth ( artificial muscle growth.) That’s why when he had to stop training all of his muscles deflated and he might of even lost some muscle fibers. That’s why he looks worse than when he first started lifting weights. If he trained for myopfibular growth, he would have maintained most of his size even without being able to workout.

Ronnie is slowly starting to improve in his walking by doing a stem cell treatment. Therefore it will take time for him build his legs. However he is determined so he will gradually get back strength in his legs.
Kind of sad to see, but for a normal human to has multiple surgeries in spinal like him may be fully paralyzed already. The man's pain tolerant is just unreal, mad enough to squat and deadlift with his herniated disc for several years. His legs' nerves must be messed up by now.

If Ronnie had the best, then his abs would not look like they do. And his triceps would not have such a strange. His calves would be bigger. Talk about greatness coming at a price.
Body builders live for the moment, and cross bridges when they come to them, which always seem a long way off, until they are not.
I have had 2 Back surgeries that limit leg and most exercises involving my core. Ronnie tried to go back to heavy lifting which led to his current condition. Although my legs look like Ronnie's I can walk without aids and at times jog. After his 1st Back operation Ronnie should've retired.
It's the easiest thing to find fault and criticize sitting in front of a desk and talking into a computer for views! The only people qualified to speak about this are other body builders who have walked the walk and trained and know what it's like to have an injury!
That means that bodybuilders don't last for more than 10-15 years and we human beings are 75 % water
I've been going 43 years and I'm still here 100pct matural
You can last more than that if you can listen to your body.People go into these sports not for fun but for money endorsements and am not against it but please learn to listen to your body.
Companies will use you as a guinea pig in the short run but will desert when they no longer need you because you kept your part of the contract and they did theirs and anything after that it's up to you
He's destroyed. Not worth it. He seems like he lost his entire soul. You can see the forced happiness. Inside think anyone regrets that. Health is king. Nothing beats good health
Let that be a lesson to you kids, lay off the juice! Train natural!
Nah but that wasn't the only thing that did this to him. Too much weight, too much load, everything too excessive was detrimental to his health!
Was that size natural? Well u know the answer.
It's called aging! Happens to us all. For example, Lee Priest looks fantastic for 51; in 10 years he'll look nothing like that.
He's lucky to be even hobbling on them. He can't walk without assistance, had to crawl up steps. His legs don't get used. They just waist away. Give him a break and stop using him as a stepping stone for increasing your views. Do a video on yourself and let us all offer critique.
Arnold is considered the Greatest Bodybuilder of All Time. You kids don't know what you're talking about
ronnie is still using his bodybuilding mentality in daily life thats why he can walk short amounts
If Ronnie had the best, then his abs would not look like they do.
And his triceps would not have such a strange. His calves would be bigger. So the word perfect genetics is definitely an over statement. Because if bigger meant better then he would have lost a long time ago. And if genetics came in to play Shawn Ray, Would definitely be above Ronnie when it came to great genetics.❤ Lines proportions structure cemetery.
Well, i think Ronnie Coleman is overrated... 🙊
I agree with you 💯 And if we're going to talk about genetics, I think there are many others who are better than him in this regard, like Kevin Levrone, dude's in his 50s and still looks good!
This is the problem with society - always fault-finding and looking for the “negative” in others and as far as youtube content creators and influencers go - you guys make videos (such as this one) to capitalize off of it. Instead of focusing on his legs, appreciate him for the legend that he is.
Jay Cutler beat him without ending up in a wheel chair.
JC also didn't work as hard nor go as far as RC did. He gave it up before he blew up.
tasteless comment
getting older, we will all be there some day! being that said, lets not accelerate the process
If you don't have your fitness and health, what is the point?
Leave Robnie alone. He’s old now but he destroyed his body from being the best in a really unhealthy sport.
I'm laughing at Sam Sulek criticizing Ronnie Coleman, while Ronnie has eight Mr. Olympia titles to back him up and Sam has none of those.
He was or never is the greatest bodybuilding ever. How many times did he compete to win his first Olympia. Oh and he placed 5 times lower than Lee Priest. Ha Ha. He should never have won 8.
believe me- hes glad hes alive and can walk- kinda...
Nah he can barely walk on his own if he doesn't have the help of a crutch or wheelchair!
looks like he is 5ft3 there
I've watched interviews with Dorian Yates. He does quite a bit of Bicycling. That's a good transition activity for a former bodybuilder.
Never knew I would ever had better legs than Ronnie.
