My account had 1032 positive feedback with 100% positive feedback. One morning I received an email that said EBAY was suspending my account permanently as they didn't like my business practices. I made 2 calls to EBAY to find out what they didn't like and they couldn't provide an explanation and said there was nothing they could do. I believe I paid EBAY over $200 a month in listing fees and you'd think they would have provided a warning before jumping to permanent suspension. Very disappointing.
My suspension gave ME NO CONTEXT OR REASON OR WARNING it's also PERMANENT AND CANOT BE APPEALED.... Can not call customer support and chat reps are useless and rude. I am permanently leaving eBay. If in fact it was reviewed by a person they would have EASILY concluded no malicious intent. I have 100% positive feedback and when I get scammed I let people keep the item and refund them this is a joke. After paying roughly 30% in fees altogether I expect to not be treated like shit.
And no one speaking about ebicthes or working at ebutts has said anything about your type of suspension which your story sound exactly like what happened to me but these types of indeff suspension are happening at a massive rate. I can't tell u how many ppl are saying the very same song about ebuggers just pulling the plug on them for absolutely no nothing just straight crickets about this suject! I know this is super long but I needed to get it off my chest somewhere else other than my head

I never scammed, cheated, or tricked any buyer or seller. I only ever returned items for being inauthentic. The second to last time I did that, got a warning, checked with an eBay rep who told me not to worry about it. The last time I did it, the second I submitted the return request I was banned immediately and indefinitely. I am completely lost and Idk what to do
Same thing happened to me. They sent one email saying you are done, no money owed, nothing. I had only sold one thing, great customer feedback. then let it go for a few months. Live chat confirmed today that account is forever banned but wont tell me why.

As a new seller, I sold 2 items and then got suspended with no warning and tried many times to get an answer and all they said was I was a risk. No warning and no explanation. No help
same on my side sold only one thing and they banned my account !! I always sent the product ontime with a tracking number .... they don't answer to me no help ... and my money is blocked !!! they are just stealer
I sold 5 items in the last 2 weeks and got blocked for no reasons, no warning, no explain, nothing. All items are shipped. My item costs and shipping are gone now.

Constant Tripper only buyers. I’ve asked over 5 employees to define seller protection. Seller protection is simply, I have to have something in place to overcome losses, eBay does not care about sellers AT ALL.
I account was permanently suspended and I was told they could not give me details. All they said was I had “suspicious “ activity. I had several hackers attempt to get me to call them or text them. My account was up less than a week. I had high hopes .., big disappointment.

EBay clearly has something wrong with it right now, I've been using this site since 1998 and the crap that they pull right now is absolutely ridiculous. They ban people with absolutely no reason given, you cannot appeal, the people on the phone are absolutely horrible they kick you around to call centers all over the world and the people that answered the phone say they cannot connect you to other departments. I think maybe you should revisit this video and tell these people the truth.
From I saw an agent in the chat named Anubhav, i knew it was over from there😪. Just call em and verify the info. It worked out for me. Though the process is absolute 💩
There are far too many bad buyers out there, be aware, sellers too yes, but far far too many bad unfair buyers and I pray ebay sticks up for sellers consistently.
NOISEMAZE I call them all the time and have them check my history and my stats and I’m firm but remind them that I always go to them first, and appreciate their help, so far they have always been on my side, unless it’s just wrong on my part.
The only issue I have with ebay is that they will lie to you directly about lifting suspension or restrictions after you pay your balance off. So they are money grabbers at their core. So make sure you record and screen shot everything if you ever get into that position.
It's always best to keep a record any time you have a problem or issue! Then if people go back on what they promise, you can provide proof and get what is owed to you.

ebay need to sort their policies out. I got a negative feedback several weeks ago because the buyer stated the item arrived damaged. But i had no message at all from the buyer, i offered a refund, no answer whatsoever. tried to get the feedback removed as there was no evidence of the item being broken, i was told, it does not break the theie of ebay policy, so basically you can buy something from a seller and then leave a negative feedback saying the item is broken and it seems ebay is ok with that, ebay are a joke.
One of the worst things about big tech is how they keep using the word “safe” and not defining what they mean by that. This guy is just perpetuating the jargon.
My account was restricted permanently from buyers opening claims against me. I didn't even get a warning and it was only 2 claims and I have 100% ratings. It's totally unfair that my account got permanently restricted. eBay should not do that forever, they should consider suspending an account for a year or two, but not forever 😑
eBay doesn't explain the reason for suspension. I contacted them via Facebook. They reinstated my account. But never told me the reason of my suspension. I'm a buyer. Just asked sellers about their products.
I'd say that Auction Professor has the best content, though I've been a fan of Raiken's for a very long time. Raiken is very inspirational, and his work ethic is off the chart, but "best content" to me is content that helps me make more money. Raiken does a lot of that, don't get me wrong. His videos where he deep dives into different Ebay categories are great. But, he's also talked alot about selling cameras without sharing much knowledge about them. I like Auction Professor because he deep dives into various collectibles to the point where I can find treasures in an antique mall after watching his videos. I also like Chris at Daily Refinement, because he's inspirational and very much a numbers guy. It's impossible to fail using his strategies. On a likeability scale, Raiken, and Jason from Thrifty Business are both off the charts. If you like haul videos, there are lots of other great resellers to follow, like Cincinnati Picker, Ralli Roots, and Bonafide Hustler. Golden Finger Picker was a favorite of mine for a long time but he had a bad experience with Ebay and doesn't do many reseller videos anymore. Craigslist Hunter is another favorite, but I'd say for upping your game nobody compares with Auction Professor and Daily Refinement.

This doesn't sit well with me. The purpose of this video is to promote eBay. Not help sellers. When 7 ebay executives were charged with cyber stalking in June 2020 it confirmed everything I have suspected for years. eBay are a bunch of gangsters.
I was an eBay seller for 20+ years and watched these suspensions with zero explanation happen to other sellers for a couple of years before I decided to leave permanently. Thousands of 100% positive feedback over the years, but in the back of my mind I couldn't dismiss the value of the time I spent going through all the steps of listing my items. I decided to try a different platform and have been 1000% happy with the change. Won't ever return. Also it took almost 8 weeks to get my account completely closed down and removed from eBay, they apprently don't like it when you do so.
I just got banned. I don’t know what to do. I just started the eBay business account. I had trouble linking my PayPal and when I finally did. It showed the buyer cancelled the payment . I wish I couldn’ve seen this video a week ago. After 17 years on eBay, I got my account blocked. I called twice to eBay to see if there any way to escalate my case, and they say that once an account is blocked, there is no way I can appeal to anybody, it’s shut down for life. I’m really upset; I had 100% feedback and over 850 positive reviews. I’m really frustrated. And I cannot even create a new eBay user ID because my information is recorded; I’m really sad and regretful.

Ship fast if you want more sales. I occasionally get lazy and slow down with shipping. I think eBay's algorithm can see that and in return your sales slow down.
Ebay think they are god. I've had my account permanently suspended before I even sold anything despite having bought items with positive feedback from the sellers.
I got 2 negative feedbacks removed because buyers reviewed the products they bought, HOWEVER they didn’t mention my service as a seller (shipping status, how fast I respond, my listings, etc.)
The last two orders I placed on eBay, both of the items I received were drop shipped from Amazon. What drop shippers need to understand is that they are not going to get repeat customers as their lower priced source is revealed!
Most of the time they are not drop shippers but a seller selling the same product on both platforms. Amazon has an option to fulfill orders to other platforms including eBay. Look up multichannel fulfilment by amazon.
I’ve been an eBay seller since 2005 and My eBay sales have been down over 2k over the last year and a half. I’ve watched eBay slowly get absorbed by amazon over the last few years. Now looking to amazon to sell my products. Never been suspended by eBay though.

I've had steady growth in my shops numbers over all up until about a year and a half ago, that's when it hit a peak and then started declining to what it is now.. Etsy has been much better for what I sell. as ebay has fallen etsy has grown just as much or more so that might have something to do with it, but over all I gotta get some new strategies in place on ebay for sure. It would be nice if ebay didn't have the listing limits, that would help the situation.

This is rediculous. The do not give a clear and concise answer when there is an issue. I was open a seller account after being a 20 buyer. Halfway through I received a message that I'd been permeantly closed to breaking a policy. I never loaded an item, shipped, sold... Insane
Sounds like this is ebay's PR guy explaining their policies. Their biggest issue is counterfeits. They want no liability, they are protected by DMCA and will perma ban you. Amazon will do the same, but if you make a product you sell on your own website and one of their scouts finds it and likes it, they'll offer to remove the suspension if you put that product on their site. Outside of that, as long as you send items on time and answer emails and not deny refunds, you will be fine. No single transaction has more value than your account... If you fall below standards, try to bring it up but also start your own website and learn as much as you can about white hat SEO and start building it slowly so you can eventually transition off of ebay. My website was built field of dreams style. No advertisement, just seo. I built it and people eventually started to come. After a while the website brings more traffic than ebay when I don't use their promotions.

I am a seller with 100% feedback, I recently sold an item and even though it was new and I checked the contents the buyer claimed it wasn't complete ebay sided with them and when I appealed I was told on the chat that Ebay would answer within 48 hours, a week went by and I had no answer and made no sales! (Usually it's 4-8 a day) as soon as they answered within 3 minutes items started slowly selling! Ebay sided with them and issued a refund with no return. Was I shadow banned?

How do you handle bad buyers? If someone buys something, doesn't pay and is harassing you in messages about shipping costs, asks a bunch of questions about the item and lots of things that make no sense, do you cancel the sale? I don't want to sell to these people because the odds of them causing trouble are 100%. I had 2 of these crazy buyers in 2 weeks and I swear they were trolls so I canceled the orders saying the buyer asked to cancel and blocked them. But because I messaged them they can still message me on that item but can't see any other items. They keep harassing me. It's a mess but I'm SO happy I didn't sell to them. I wonder how ebay feels about this. How are we supposed to handle bad buyers?
Definitely cancel them. If they continue harassing you, report them to eBay, and take legal action (or at least tell the buyer you will) to get it to stop.
I sell my items on eBay and Amazon. When I sell an item on Amazon that also listed on eBay I take it off of eBay. When it ask why I just say no longer available for sale. Does anyone now of that affects your metrics?
What about eBays “algorithm” to boost experienced sellers sells? Also what about maybe you don’t sell something for a week then you may sell 15 items in one day. How does the algorithm work?
I opened a personal account and stuck to it for a long time. I just had my 3 accounts restricted. E-Bay forgot that they were a platform for non - resellers as you could list any of your personal items on their website and sell it to random buyers. They even had advertised this on TV which made people list their random personal belongings on E-Bay for free. E-Bay just had to recieve a fee when the items sells! Now, there are more sellers who work at the retailers doing wholesale or sell from their physical store.
I have had an indefinite notice and all listings removed for vero,Ive contacted the rights owners and they are happy for me to carry on selling but ebay wont reinstate the account. I was top rated for 18 years,anyone heard of getting the account back?
I'm not sure about something like that. Vero claims are hard to come back from, especially since it usually takes more than one to get your account banned.
@@Raikenprofit The annoying thing is when I got a 7 day restriction I called ebay and asked what was going on and they told me not to worry just wait 7 days and start relisting again if they had explained that my account was near to closure I would have done something.
Sorry, there isn't much you can do at that point. Open a case or try to file a complaint, but typically you will have to count it as a loss and a learning step.

Ebay uses default style responses to matters like this. First, they will tell you that there is no way for them to prove the buyer sent back something that was different than what was purchased. Second, they will tell you that you need to self-insure yourself to offset these type of situations. Self-insure means they want you to take a small portion out of every one of your sales and set it aside to cover losses like this. Get the buyer to somehow admit they sent back something other than what they purchased through the Ebay message system. If you can get them to admit it through the Ebay messages you can use that when you call customer support. Good Luck!

Never. Both eBay and customer frown on that. eBay and customer wants the actual condition and product shown in full. Also, stock photos are copyrighted so they can get you in trouble.
I purchased a professional light box, an expensive camera, and professional software to produce the images I use for Ebay. I spent a lot of money on all of this and it burns my back side when other sellers use my images and think they have rights to them. Simply imagine if you had spent a lot of money to produce high quality images and other sellers were benefiting from it. These same sellers usually come in and under cut your price after taking your images. Personally, I'd like to see Ebay implement a royalty program that allows sellers to pay other sellers for use of their images. But that's just my thoughts...

I was kicked off after bidding on items only. Not selling. I need 13 gpus and found 5 within my price point. Within an hour all my bids were canceled by eBay and ebay banned me in order to "protect the community" . Customer service refused to tell me what happened. I've been reading forums and hundreds of people are in my situation getting the exact same message. The rep indicated that my zip code was not up to date. Being military I move every 3 years. If it's as basic as a zip code update it should be resolved easily but they won't help. If someone did something wrong on purpose, then they know why they are banned. People asking why genuinely don't know. But eBay refuses to tell why saying it would allow people to "circumvent their filters". It doesn't make sense.
We sell apparel of a specific product. The only negatives we ever got in 18 years aredue to fit and the buyer does not want to pay return shipping fees. They leave a negative and then contact you to blackmail you or open a false NAD due to sizing. That has always been the no 1 problem for us.
It's best to find an area you are interested in or have some base knowledge in and start there. Study the sold listings, see what is popular, and start searching for it when you source.

Constant Tripper only buyers. I’ve asked over 5 employees to define seller protection. Seller protection is simply, I have to have something in place to overcome losses, eBay does not care about sellers AT ALL.

This is the first and last time I will look at your channel, judging from all the comments that are down here, you clearly did not ask this man the right questions. EBay clearly has something wrong with it right now, I've been using this site since 1998 and the crap that they pull right now is absolutely ridiculous. They ban people with absolutely no reason given, you cannot appeal, the people on the phone are absolutely horrible they kick you around to call centers all over the world and the people that answered the phone say they cannot connect you to other departments. I think maybe you should revisit this video and tell these people the truth.

There are far too many bad buyers out there, be aware, sellers too yes, but far far too many bad unfair buyers and I pray ebay sticks up for sellers consistently.

The only issue I have with ebay is that they will lie to you directly about lifting suspension or restrictions after you pay your balance off. So they are money grabbers at their core. So make sure you record and screen shot everything if you ever get into that position.
It's always best to keep a record any time you have a problem or issue! Then if people go back on what they promise, you can provide proof and get what is owed to you.

ebay need to sort their policies out. I got a negative feedback several weeks ago because the buyer stated the item arrived damaged. But i had no message at all from the buyer, i offered a refund, no answer whatsoever. tried to get the feedback removed as there was no evidence of the item being broken, i was told, it does not break the theie of ebay policy, so basically you can buy something from a seller and then leave a negative feedback saying the item is broken and it seems ebay is ok with that, ebay are a joke.
One of the worst things about big tech is how they keep using the word “safe” and not defining what they mean by that. This guy is just perpetuating the jargon.
My account was restricted permanently from buyers opening claims against me. I didn't even get a warning and it was only 2 claims and I have 100% ratings. It's totally unfair that my account got permanently restricted. eBay should not do that forever, they should consider suspending an account for a year or two, but not forever 😑
eBay doesn't explain the reason for suspension. I contacted them via Facebook. They reinstated my account. But never told me the reason of my suspension. I'm a buyer. Just asked sellers about their products.

I'd say that Auction Professor has the best content, though I've been a fan of Raiken's for a very long time. Raiken is very inspirational, and his work ethic is off the chart, but "best content" to me is content that helps me make more money. Raiken does a lot of that, don't get me wrong. His videos where he deep dives into different Ebay categories are great. But, he's also talked alot about selling cameras without sharing much knowledge about them. I like Auction Professor because he deep dives into various collectibles to the point where I can find treasures in an antique mall after watching his videos. I also like Chris at Daily Refinement, because he's inspirational and very much a numbers guy. It's impossible to fail using his strategies. On a likeability scale, Raiken, and Jason from Thrifty Business are both off the charts. If you like haul videos, there are lots of other great resellers to follow, like Cincinnati Picker, Ralli Roots, and Bonafide Hustler. Golden Finger Picker was a favorite of mine for a long time but he had a bad experience with Ebay and doesn't do many reseller videos anymore. Craigslist Hunter is another favorite, but I'd say for upping your game nobody compares with Auction Professor and Daily Refinement.

This doesn't sit well with me. The purpose of this video is to promote eBay. Not help sellers. When 7 ebay executives were charged with cyber stalking in June 2020 it confirmed everything I have suspected for years. eBay are a bunch of gangsters.
I was an eBay seller for 20+ years and watched these suspensions with zero explanation happen to other sellers for a couple of years before I decided to leave permanently. Thousands of 100% positive feedback over the years, but in the back of my mind I couldn't dismiss the value of the time I spent going through all the steps of listing my items. I decided to try a different platform and have been 1000% happy with the change. Won't ever return. Also it took almost 8 weeks to get my account completely closed down and removed from eBay, they apprently don't like it when you do so.
I will never forget the worst ebay rep that I dealt with. His name was Justin.

I called twice to eBay to see if there any way to escalate my case, and they say that once an account is blocked, there is no way I can appeal to anybody, it’s shut down for life. I’m really upset; I had 100% feedback and over 850 positive reviews. I’m really frustrated. And I cannot even create a new eBay user ID because my information is recorded; I’m really sad and regretful.

I was told the suspension could not be undone by the cs rep. It was the lack of cs knowledge that got me in this pickle. Zero understanding from Ebay for new sellers and a learning curve.
Customer for 19 years or so the cs reps tell me....100% pos feedback. New to selling hba.....ZERO understanding from ebay. Beyond frustrated and to find out the cs agent lied to me about nothing could be done about the suspension.....WOW!
Ship fast if you want more sales. I occasionally get lazy and slow down with shipping. I think eBay's algorithm can see that and in return your sales slow down.

The guest is an Ebay apologist. And some of what he says conflicts with what many people have actually experienced.
The last two orders I placed on eBay, both of the items I received were drop shipped from Amazon. What drop shippers need to understand is that they are not going to get repeat customers as their lower priced source is revealed!
Most of the time they are not drop shippers but a seller selling the same product on both platforms.
Amazon has an option to fulfill orders to other platforms including eBay. Look up multichannel fulfilment by amazon.
Most of the time people won't take the time to source which platform has what the cheapest, which is where dropshippers make there money.

I’ve been an eBay seller since 2005 and My eBay sales have been down over 2k over the last year and a half. I’ve watched eBay slowly get absorbed by amazon over the last few years. Now looking to amazon to sell my products. Never been suspended by eBay though.

I've had steady growth in my shops numbers over all up until about a year and a half ago, that's when it hit a peak and then started declining to what it is now.. Etsy has been much better for what I sell. as ebay has fallen etsy has grown just as much or more so that might have something to do with it, but over all I gotta get some new strategies in place on ebay for sure. It would be nice if ebay didn't have the listing limits, that would help the situation.

This is rediculous. The do not give a clear and concise answer when there is an issue. I was open a seller account after being a 20 buyer. Halfway through I received a message that I'd been permeantly closed to breaking a policy. I never loaded an item, shipped, sold... Insane

Sounds like this is ebay's PR guy explaining their policies. Their biggest issue is counterfeits. They want no liability, they are protected by DMCA and will perma ban you. Amazon will do the same, but if you make a product you sell on your own website and one of their scouts finds it and likes it, they'll offer to remove the suspension if you put that product on their site. Outside of that, as long as you send items on time and answer emails and not deny refunds, you will be fine. No single transaction has more value than your account... If you fall below standards, try to bring it up but also start your own website and learn as much as you can about white hat SEO and start building it slowly so you can eventually transition off of ebay.
My website was built field of dreams style. No advertisement, just seo. I built it and people eventually started to come. After a while the website brings more traffic than ebay when I don't use their promotions.

I am a seller with 100% feedback, I recently sold an item and even though it was new and I checked the contents the buyer claimed it wasn't complete ebay sided with them and when I appealed I was told on the chat that Ebay would answer within 48 hours, a week went by and I had no answer and made no sales! (Usually it's 4-8 a day) as soon as they answered within 3 minutes items started slowly selling! Ebay sided with them and issued a refund with no return. Was I shadow banned?

How do you handle bad buyers? If someone buys something, doesn't pay and is harassing you in messages about shipping costs, asks a bunch of questions about the item and lots of things that make no sense, do you cancel the sale? I don't want to sell to these people because the odds of them causing trouble are 100%. I had 2 of these crazy buyers in 2 weeks and I swear they were trolls so I canceled the orders saying the buyer asked to cancel and blocked them. But because I messaged them they can still message me on that item but can't see any other items. They keep harassing me. It's a mess but I'm SO happy I didn't sell to them. I wonder how ebay feels about this. How are we supposed to handle bad buyers?
Definitely cancel them. If they continue harassing you, report them to eBay, and take legal action (or at least tell the buyer you will) to get it to stop.

I sell my items on eBay and Amazon. When I sell an item on Amazon that also listed on eBay I take it off of eBay. When it ask why I just say no longer available for sale. Does anyone now of that affects your metrics?
That's a great way to get sales. It shouldn't mess with your metrics unless someone purchased it on both platforms at the exact same time.
What about eBays “algorithm” to boost experienced sellers sells? Also what about maybe you don’t sell something for a week then you may sell 15 items in one day. How does the algorithm work?
The algorithm changes constantly. It tries to "help" everyone out, but with so many sellers it's hard to spread the love around I'm sure.

I opened a personal account and stuck to it for a long time. I just had my 3 accounts restricted. E-Bay forgot that they were a platform for non - resellers as you could list any of your personal items on their website and sell it to random buyers. They even had advertised this on TV which made people list their random personal belongings on E-Bay for free. E-Bay just had to recieve a fee when the items sells! Now, there are more sellers who work at the retailers doing wholesale or sell from their physical store.

I'm not sure about something like that. Vero claims are hard to come back from, especially since it usually takes more than one to get your account banned.

Sorry, there isn't much you can do at that point. Open a case or try to file a complaint, but typically you will have to count it as a loss and a learning step.

Ebay uses default style responses to matters like this. First, they will tell you that there is no way for them to prove the buyer sent back something that was different than what was purchased. Second, they will tell you that you need to self-insure yourself to offset these type of situations. Self-insure means they want you to take a small portion out of every one of your sales and set it aside to cover losses like this.
Get the buyer to somehow admit they sent back something other than what they purchased through the Ebay message system. If you can get them to admit it through the Ebay messages you can use that when you call customer support. Good Luck!

Gun is a trigger word to flag listings. Try looking over the TOS again to get a better idea of how to list it.
Just got suspended for a week for having a couple listing have the word Velcro in it. Hook and loop is the words to use. I changed all my listings to hook and loop.

So Ebay decides to suppress a sale because of a stock photo? Ahhh, some sellers are just lazy and put stock photos on legit stock they do possess. Yet I call Ebay to let them know a buyer is threatening feedback extortion via messages and they don't "see it" as feedback extortion. Smh.

Never. Both eBay and customer frown on that. eBay and customer wants the actual condition and product shown in full. Also, stock photos are copyrighted so they can get you in trouble.
Stock photos are frowned on. Take real photos of your products so there is less worry of an INAD return.
I purchased a professional light box, an expensive camera, and professional software to produce the images I use for Ebay. I spent a lot of money on all of this and it burns my back side when other sellers use my images and think they have rights to them. Simply imagine if you had spent a lot of money to produce high quality images and other sellers were benefiting from it. These same sellers usually come in and under cut your price after taking your images. Personally, I'd like to see Ebay implement a royalty program that allows sellers to pay other sellers for use of their images. But that's just my thoughts...

I was kicked off after bidding on items only. Not selling. I need 13 gpus and found 5 within my price point. Within an hour all my bids were canceled by eBay and ebay banned me in order to "protect the community" . Customer service refused to tell me what happened. I've been reading forums and hundreds of people are in my situation getting the exact same message.
The rep indicated that my zip code was not up to date. Being military I move every 3 years. If it's as basic as a zip code update it should be resolved easily but they won't help.
If someone did something wrong on purpose, then they know why they are banned. People asking why genuinely don't know. But eBay refuses to tell why saying it would allow people to "circumvent their filters". It doesn't make sense.

We sell apparel of a specific product. The only negatives we ever got in 18 years aredue to fit and the buyer does not want to pay return shipping fees. They leave a negative and then contact you to blackmail you or open a false NAD due to sizing. That has always been the no 1 problem for us.

It's best to find an area you are interested in or have some base knowledge in and start there. Study the sold listings, see what is popular, and start searching for it when you source.

@@charchar7897 You can search by category, for instance mens dress shoes and use the filter to see highest priced, lowest price etc... 😉.
Margot E Thanks so much Margot. I tried it earlier, on mens sneakers but it's still confusing to know what's selling. For example Puma and Adidas sell directly to consumers on ebay and comps all over the place. I'm not expecting it to be easy but, it's hard to figure out exactly what's selling.
eBay should treat sellers as good as the buyers.

i will say F to EBAY after 1 year of build my account with 99%feedback with out any reason suspended me for permanent .Customer service are sucks and how many times you call them also same F scripted answer you will receive.worse ever .
