Very helpful.... thanks
Brilliant man
I haven't had any problems with VERO and I have sold hundreds of games with Nintendo, Microsoft, PlayStation, etc. In the title.
Did you get kicked off eBay after you made this or before?!
1. can you sell used kitchen aid?
2. can you retype the description instead of copy and paste?
3. can you claim that you recreated the photos in the same way that a youtuber did to apple's wallpapers?
4. can you then refund the difference to make it like a discount?
5. can you munge the brand like otterbox calling it otorbox or even call it wolverinebox since the wolverine is in the same genus as the otter?
6. can you sell the banned items if you dont even mention the name? but you describe the name for example say nike bans outrite so can you sell nike products used if you dont mention the name and no pictures but describe the logo as checkmark like logo shoes?
i thought the first sale doctrine makes it legal to sell used.
"Shabby Chic" also, can't use that on your title to describe an item either.
I just found your videos and you are off eBay. Perhaps you can still do eBay teaching videos but at a slower pace for people starting out that show things like how to organize stuff accumulated over 40 yrs of thrift store shopping. if it's monetized you have enough subscribers that won't mind a few commercials and perhaps eBay would sponsor your videos too.
Avoid the word "gun"
Amazing video!
You forgot to mention Taylor Swift. I once took some pictures of Ms. Swift exiting a bar in Los Angeles. She stopped and posed for the pictures but apparently she owns all photos of herself. Ebay removed the listings.
That doesn't even sound legal if the photo was taken in public.
My usb flash drived were remove by the stupid ebay bot, i appealed but ebay rejected my appeal. i didnt do nothing wrong.we must understand that these bots are made to protect the big boses.
Lol Beachbody who the f*** is buying that anyways
Exactly they are a pyramid scheme and they have the nerve to put VERO strikes against people. Like dude your whole company is illegal 😂
@@ellenm1937 I was being sarcastic on the other hand what I really meant is they're a bunch of nobodies but I'm obviously wrong somebody supports them again just being sarcastic they suck LOL
a "Bundt" cake eraser. really.
I am gtf off of ebay and closing my account, I don't need this shit in my life
Don’t forget Swarovski
Are we allowed to sell fake name brand designer bags but we disclosed on the Title/Description that it is fake, not real. I see some sellers put “Inspired, no brand bag”
No, its illegal to knowingly sell fake brands.
Why would you want to?
@@lienecarter6411 with that logic why would you want to sell anything
@@TurkeyCreekjackjohnson_ I sell authentic items only. I would not knowingly disrespect intellectual property. There is plenty out there to sell without being corrupt
Unless you’re selling them at the flea market and even then I would not recommend doing so
The warning on the word "red" might be because of Red Camera.
FK EBAY AND VERO! FK NIKE THE MOST THERE RATS
I’m just coming off 3 days suspension from verO violation for a book.
Got a veRo for selling a hard rock cafe shirt. 3 days as well.
@@giomanguray277 I got 1 from 1988 in good condition I’m not going to list it at all, thanks for highlighting that.
@@giomanguray277 what is the issue with that? I have one to list so am curious. Thanks.
Who was the publisher of that book? I know cengage publishing is a very active Vero member.
