When that day comes Star Trek fans will have to make sure that writers, directors and producers adher to original characteristics and not interject any personal notions. I viewed a new Star Trek episode in which a Captain Kirk's son character is created and, of course the politically correct and all inclusive writer made the character gay. In the episode Kirk's son serves aboard the Enterprise with his father. The son is to be married to another crew-man and Captain Kirk is beaming with joy as if he is the mother. Several scenes of Kirk's son are shown with him in bed with his male crewman fiance passionately kissing. I wanted to vomit. So far from the original Star Trek and its intended theme that to call it a new Star Trek is disgusting. Star Trek tackled a lot of taboos in the 1960's but homosexuality was and never would have been accepted or even considered. The new version was a total travesty and I'll never watch another video by the creators of that nasty sick garbage again.
+WARPHEAD You don't know what you're talking about. Star Trek has been "politically correct" since its inception. That's part of the core appeal of the franchise-- the notion that there's hope for our species, that humanity can learn to rise above the bullshit and the bigotry.
waltonsimons12 it looks like that the majority has spoken against your sexually orientated preference, of which you had made well known in your comment. However, I would just simply say that I prefer the original over the new instead of the way WARPHEAD had lashed out. I will be honest and say that there are people I love and respect that are gay, but I do not and will not turn my back on the natural relation between man and woman because of being burned big-time by my ex-wife. It is said that "the two would come together to make one flesh," and of course that involves a man a woman. And in due time, his mother and I would teach him those values. And should I choose not to have another genuine article woman (that includes not having implants or gender change....if you weren't born with it why have it) then I'm sure that there's a lot of things I can do with my time as a single man. And whenever the right woman comes, it'll be all in good time.

+WARPHEAD I concur, the new "star trek" is a shambles, if Roddenberry had been buried he would be turning in his grave.
Missed the BEST line from Season 1. During The Naked Time, after he knocks the sword-wielding Sulu unconscious, Spock says, "Take D'Artagnan here to sick bay!"
Chekov after telling some russian folklore: Was just a little joke, Mr. Spock.
Spock: Yees, extremely little, Ensign.
Rest in peace Mr.Spock
Spock is the perfect half breed hehe. He tries to hide his humanity but it always shines through the Vulcan exterior.
omg when spock looked over at the girl and raised his eye brows i FREAKING lost it HAHHAHAHAHA
Enjoyed watching all three of these clips. It was a valued part of my youth. rest in peace, Leonard Nimoy. you created one of the greatest characters of all time in either TV or films.
0:05 Oh, we have that on earth, too, we call em "introverts" XD * tentatively raises high-five *
KendrixTermina *high five!!*
High five!
R.I.P Mr Nimoy. You gave a great performance always
Recently been getting into Star Trek, starting with TOS, in order. I just watched Episode 5: Apple, of season 2. My favorite Spock episodes of TOS so far are City On The Edge of Forever, and Amok Time. Before now, I've never really been sad that an actor died... I was looking forward to him having a cameo with Bill in the latest movie- it would be the first time they'd be on screen together in over 20 years.
Hiya! In exactly the same situation!
ST is nowhere near dead yet!
@@broski9938 It's on life support though.
@@filthycasual8187 bitter, clearly you missed every message star trek has tried to teach it's watchers ever
Live long and prosper, Mr. Spock!
There is one missing from The Naked Time, after Spock Vulcan pinches Sulu he says, "Take D'Artagnan here to sickbay." Such sarcasm from a Vulcan.
"You'd make an excellent computer Mr Spock."
"That is very kind of you Captain!"
Sir there’s a multi-legged creature crawling on your shoulder.

RIP Mr Nimoy.
Thanks for posting these. They're great!
Of all the TV shows in all the world, I miss this one the most.
I LOVE 1:30. One of my favorite scenes between Shatner and Nimoy . . . I love how they just improvise.
"sir...there's a multi-legged creature crawling on your shoulder."
Bones: I said, please don't tell Spock that I said he was the best first officer in the fleet.
Spock: (turns around) Why thank you, Dr. McCoy
Of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most... human.
