      Yeah, no problem. I want to do more builds for ME 2, but I figured I should finish the last 3 classes for ME 1 first, so there might be a bit of a wait. But after that, hell yeah!

    I prefer taking shotguns as a sentinel because the locust is good enough to be used as a replacement for the assault rifle.

    Love the Reaving Sentinel. I came out of Andromeda playing a Sentinel build that was hella fun. After plat'ing the ME Trilogy with a soldier I fired up a Sentinel and used your suggestions. Loved this build (although I put points in warp instead of cryoblast). the Reaving Sentinel in ME3 is a beast who rarely uses her A/R.

    I personally love taking stasis as my bonus ability. That damage multiplier is great and lots of fun. In my current insanity run, doing plenty of melee too for the excitement. It’s a lot of fun killing a scion with stasis and letting it fall to its death in the collector ship or just bashing one to death. Basically fun to knock enemies down, charge at them (provided you have some cover from others) and stun locking them with punches. The tech armor is nice for that too since the detonations will knock enemies down, in case they get up during your charge or boxing match. Insanity is not as hard as some people would think anyway. Made dark souls my bitch. This is far easier in comparison

    I rock with Garrus and Zaeed while taking squad AP ammo as my bonus. Garrus can overload, snipe, and has CC with concussive shot. Zaeed can wreck armor with inferno gernade, cc with conconussive shot, and disrupt shields with disrupter ammo. I go assault armor and wreck shit

    Samara and thane are my favourite with the sentinel and i took the sniper training because im used to quick scoping from playing infiltrator for the trilogy the first few times/in mass effect 3 multiplayer to practice they play really well saw a guy do a blast armour claymore sentinel build for this to that looked really fun as well sentinels are really diverse so just do whatever’s the most fun for you at the end of the day cause lots of options work well any way

      When youre a sentinel you cant use other than heacy pistol and smg plus heavy weapon i think.

    I think power armor spec of tech armor skill is a newbie trap.
    First of all, I'm pretty sure that it does not increase overall damage by 15%. but base damage by 15%. That will amount to around 10% from your total given all the other upgrades and increases in effect. Now that's also just the power damage. You do at least half of the damage generally with guns.
    So what it does is provide a slight increase in overall stat distribution.
    On the other hand, you have Assault armor which opens up sentinel to be played more like a Vanguard, however you still retain all the abilities and flexibility provided by sentinel. And yes I'm talking about Insanity here. The effect it provides is radical as it allows Sentinels signature ability to be used as main offensive tool. The added tankyness plays well with it too, especially the 50% recharge on being destroyed as it provides one more invulnerability window just to reload your tech armor again. So for example you can storm your way through 7:53 barely ever using cover with Assault armor build. Thats at least how I handled it.
    But even if you don't want to rush multiple foot soldiers enemies and melee / shoot in the face, the added defense can still save your arse or allow for way more aggressive approach play from the cover. Increasing windows when you can do damage, thus increasing your damage at the end anyway.
    I'm saying this, because I think some people just see added damage numbers and think it will allow their playstyle to be more aggressive than in fact it's quite the opposite.
    Also, Cryo is one point wonder., much like slam. Enemies still get down and need to get up. And they do take bonus damage while they are rolling on the floor.

      I disagree, the extra shields is nice, but in my experience, even with max shields one direct rocket hit will bring them down. So I'd perfer the power damage even if it's slight because it adds more utility. But to each there own.

      Just my two cents but the pulse when the armor is destroyed, plus the bonus chunk of armor you receive has saved my ass a few times on insanity. I felt like it was worth more to keep yourself alive if you are aggroing all the mobs than to hit slightly harder. If you live a few seconds more, it makes so much difference while you are waiting for cooldowns.

    Honestly your strategy is pretty much flawless. My sentinel set up includes having Assault Rifle Training, heavy warp and overload to strip every defense, assault armor because paired with the emergency shielding upgrade you get from the ship, you get half your shields back pretty much 80% of the time and all of your shields back 25% of the time, it’s hella broken and I’ve survived so many gun fights because of those two but I later turned into power armor for suicide mission for extra ability damage on the collectors. Armor piercing ammo at 3 for that 50%+ more damage against health and armor so when I strip their shields or barriers, they’re health or armor is pretty much nothing, but I also changed this to warp ammo at 3 for the 33%+ damage against health shields and barriers at the suicide mission. And for a squad set up I used Kasumi for her shadow strike attack that DECIMATES EVERY HEALTH AND DEFENSE not even kidding, it takes out full bars of health on insanity and if it doesn’t you dwindle a target down a little and if she has rapid shadow strike then you get the damn ability back in a few seconds if she kills with the ability which is not hard at all. Land a headshot or two on a target that doesn’t regenerate health (and if the target does regen health, slam a warp on them) and use her ability then bam that person dead. Literally cleared an entire section of enemies, cannon fodder, and high tankers alike, with just her and me dwindling them down. You save so much ammo too. And I used grunt with his fortification, maxed out health, and his krogan shotgun. He does hella damage upclose and is a heavy as tanker that allows me to set him up closer to the bad guys for them to focus on him without him dying too often. Just gotta position him right with the shotgun and he’s perfect for a distraction while you use kasumi and yourself to take out the rest of the baddies. I used this setup for the entire game besides the final mission of the boss battle where I used Jack and kasumi. Jack for her shockwave ability to fling people off the edges after you bring down their armor/barrier and kasumi for taking out those fucking artillery guys that shoot blue goo shit from the ground. Honestly the most frustrating enemies in the game. But yeah

    It's been a while but I remember I focused heavily on tech armour and cryo blast, using the scimitar shotgun and the phalanx. Most of the time I had either Grunt ( squad incendiary) or Zaeed ( disruptor ammo) plus someone else. Not optimal by any means but I think tech armour is op enough to basically allow you to play as you wish. Engineer and Adept are much squishier and do need some optimization

    I'm guessing you manually used the abilities rather than shortcutting pull and warp atleast just so people watching could see you choose the powers? Constantly stopping combat to choose powers gets kind of tedious. So anyone watching following this build guide....dont forget to shortcut your most used power for each squad mate. On xbox....they shortcut to left and right on the d-pad respectively. You can still tell your teammates to get into cover. The shortcut activates when an enemy is highlighted and you press thier direction on the d-pad.

    I played as the Infiltrator for my ME2 Insanity play through. No other class got me to complete that difficulty but the infiltrator thanks to his cloaking ability mixed with the dumb ass AI who don’t know where you are when you literally cloak right in front of them. I couldn’t get passed the collector ship mid game so I definitely used the infiltrator. Now not sure what class to use in ME1 on Insanity Play through.

      I use the Vanguard on insanity Mass Effect 1 legendary and it's an absolute Breeze I'm crushing everything.

      ME1's insanity difficulty is way less full of BS that the one of ME2.
      You can complete it with any classes. I just finished it with a sentinel.

    I prefer an infiltrator assassin build. With warp ammo as a bonus power you will hand Harbinger his ass. Assasination cloak boom barrier shredded killed in two shots.

    Not gonna lie, stuck on omega (just after saving mordin apprentice).
    The amount of ennemies that instant CC you or 2 shot you is crazy. Got sick of it and tried on hardcore.
    ME1 insanity mode was fine. Appart for the big unit that 1shot you with their melee and the occasional deaths from snipers it was neat to play. Here it's just painfully long. The ammo economy from the heavy pistol and the non-accuracy from the smg sure doesn't help x).

      1. Do Kasumi Loyalty Mission asap. You need the Kassa Locoust for all the pistole classes right away.
      2. Use Jacob + Miranda for the beginning like in the Video. Later, you may switch Jacob for Grunt. Always order Grunt foward or next to you to take the hits so less enemies are shooting at you. Grunt Impact Shoot also does a little ship-damage against barrier, even with just 1or 2 skillpoint.
      3. On Garrus Loyalty-mission, take both Squadmates with you. The fight against the Bloodpack in the basement is too brutal.
      4. Collector General /HArbinger: Depends on your Weapon. If you are playing without Sniperrifles, you have to concentrate all firepower on him, to kill him right away. Otherwise he is going to kill you, if you don't dodge his warp projectiles perfectly. Reave, Impact Shoot, Warp to bring down his barrier asap, alternativly use Collector Beam. If you picked Sniper Rifles, you may try to kill the trashmops firsrt before killing the Generel so he cannot respawn. However, Warp Ammmo as Bonuspower may be the better choice.

    Guardian + Assault armor = easy mode, no bonus needed, that’s why the changed Tech Armor in ME 3.

      u unlock Reave once u do Samara's Loyalty mission. it'll then be under Advanced Training from the lab

      You unlock more options by completing your squadmates' loyalty missions. To get reave you need to do Samara's. But once their unlocked you'll be able to pick one immediately at the start of your next playthrough. I hope that helps.

      You wouldn't be able to use both of those in the same play through, but you can pick up either of them early in the collector vessel mission

      In general, its probably the fully upgraded inferno ammo when you use it on a high fire-rate gun. But each one has their uses (except shredder ammo, that one sucks)

      Sure
      1st- I start by removing the defensive layer that covers an enemies health bar (you can do this with a weapon or with one of your powers.
      2nd- I usually use my squadmates' pull ability to lift the enemy, now that it's regular health bar is fully visible.
      3rd- I use Miranda's (or another squadmates') warp on the enemy that was lifted into the air by my other squadmates' pull.
      If done right you should deal double damage to the enemy. I hope that helped.

      That depends on your preferred play style. I'm working on an adept build right now, they can set up and detonate warp bombs by themselves, and they can do it very quickly, so yes, but sentinels have much more defense, so they can better utilize assault rifles or shotguns. If your new to the game (or to insanity difficulty at least) then I recommend sticking with the sentinel.

      It's the 2nd story mission aka act 2. The first act takes you to Horizon. The second act takes you to the disabled collector ship.

    Liara and Garrus are God mode on insanity in all 3 games.
