takewhataway I can't believe them. I think John will win though. The court would have to be incomprehensibly stupid to side with the coal company. It would be stupid on the level of a man releasing incriminating evidence to the public, while thinking he's absolutely, positively, one-hundred percent giving an alibi!

And now he won the lawsuit. The Judge dismissed the case, and Robert E. Dr. Evil sent a begging letter himself directly to the judge to try and guilt him into changing his mind... The law doesn't allow the judge to accept the letter directly so he put it on the docket and everyone in the world can see it. it's hilarious. Can't wait for the Last Week Tonight show that covers the lawsuit.

John talks mostly about the lawsuit here. So "John Oliver talks about being sued" would make more sense, and get way more views. I get that Russia is a big talking point right now, but not every video has to be focused on it.
