    I have a quick question: 6 videos in the playlist and one 90-minute complete video. Would it be alright to do one video each day and then the 90-minute video on the 7th? Is it okay to do these workouts daily? I’m concerned because most workout routines include rest days. Please advise. Om Shanti

      These classes can be practiced daily. The class already has relaxation in between the practices and also at the beginning and end, so it is safe to practice daily. The 6 classes can be done daily, followed by the 90 mins class on the 7th day, safely. There is no problem.

    Namaste Arun. Could you please advise how to better approach this series. Better to spend a few days on each series (ie. 3days series 1, 3days series, etc), or better to practice them, one each day, and then start over from series 1? Many thanks!

      Thank you for practicing with us. Its always good to practice yoga regularly, specially if you're wanting to see positive health changes. You can practice this series safely for a month. And then if you like, you can choose other classes from our channel. Happy yoga! Om Shanti

      You should continue the practice regularly for a few weeks for desired weight loss. You can repeat the full series every week, or you can choose your favourite ones, you can combine 2 classes, or you can also do the full 90 mins version on our channel. These are some of the options you can try, along with proper diet and relaxation, to lose weight.

      3 months after a C-section, it is okay to practice yoga, provided your doctor has also confirmed the same. The class is safe to practice, however, do what is comfortable. And avoid anything which feels strenuous for the abdomen.

    Does doing this weightloss series is best or 90 min of basic practise best for faster weightloss

      The weight loss series is systematic and a slow build up. After doing this series for a few days, you can switch over to the full 90 mins weight loss class for a regular practice. Many days we don't have 90 mins to practice, so even on those days these shorter classes will be useful. Weight loss is a matter of consistency and regularity, not so much with the duration of the class. Both 45 mins series, as well as 90 mins class, will be useful for losing weight.     How should we be doing this , same class everyday or a different one in a sequence everyday

      If you are new to yoga, you can practice the same class for 3-4 days and then move on to the next one. This will help you to build up the practice slowly, without sudden challenge. If you are familiar with yoga, you can practice all of them in a sequence each day, and then you can choose your favourite classes to continue the practice for a longer duration, as per your liking, or your weight goal. Both methods will give you results.
