Nice. I believe "weight loss" is correct in the sense that mindful fitness and breathing are most conducive to weight loss. But actually I need to gain a few pounds. Enjoyed class very much.

Thank you for practicing with us. It is better to practice in the evening and not very late at night. You may find it difficult to sleep, as yoga practices increase the Prana/energy levels. A practice of Savasana is okay. But better to avoid pranayama and asanas close to the time of sleep.
