Less is more. The entirely analog 348 is the biggest bang for the buck. The 355 has brass valve issues. the 355s electronic adjustable suspension goes out. the 355 spider's roof is one piece and costs $60k to replace. its now or never for the 348 - the shrewdest sports car purchase in the entire Ferrari market.
Rubber boot missing from below the gated shifter, the gear change in the 348 can be great if the cables are properly lubricated. The gear change in my 1994 348GTB is perfect. The oil reservoir cap is not OEM either. Good to see the correct fuel being put into it as well. The 348 is factory tuned for 95 octane. I do not care for the factory wheels, it will be interesting to see what you do there. I have a KSG exhaust on mine, its very nice and sounds just amazing. Have fun with the project....
Congratz! Beautiful car. I have an identical '91 myself, currently with 41K km, and every time I take her out there is no problem at all. Great car for the money, and yes, they are appreciating in value.
Tell your brother not to push down when closing the hood. Just let it drop. It is not composite. It is aluminum. And before you make some exhaust, remove the Cats and install some tubes. You won't believe what it sounds like by just removing the Cats. I had Fabspeed 200's and it wasn't right. So I put in some Fabspeed tubes and it was night and day. When you go in for inspection, just change them back. An easy safety upgrade is to install LED bulbs including headlights. Get headlites with the Fans. Get to work! Lol
Damn, I really agree, I wish I could spend more time on these projects but currently life and studies are keeping me so busy that it is not quite easy to handle everything. I promise I'll get to it though and by the end of year I can focus more on making these videos! Sorry to keep you waiting!
@@LXGspec I understand! Life is tough. But your videos are so good and I just want to see the Porsche get back to its original beautiful state! Thanks for the reply.
Certainly a dream come true deserving of congratulations. But honest to God they are overpriced trash. For a lucky rich owner though, not a problem to re-engineer.

Can you even retrofit any of the improved suspension of 94 to the earlier cars? Without that, it remains a subpar experience for exorbitant price.
Looking forward to seeing how this project progresses! Have fun…
Stunning looking car... keep the original wheels !
Was doubtful when I first saw the 348. Can't think why. A really fine looking Ferrari.
I love the 964 and I love the 348, cars from two super car Manufacturers good to compare
Where do you keep finding these cars? Great buy, can't wait to see what you've got planned for this one.

What is happening with this car there is no update since more than half of year?
