Anytime I need a break from the everyday rice and stew and I need something special from hubby, I make this yummy eggstew and rice. He absolutely loves it and eats a whole lot at a sitting.lol

Thank you for saving me right now.
Hubby just said he doesn't want the normal egg sauce that I should make it different with spaghetti.
I didn't add scotch bonnet pepper (used fresh pepper and tomato paste, just had to fry both first).
I also didn't add smoked fish(used okporo just had to cut into tiny bits and fry with the tomato paste). The taste is out of this world
