Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you the how to make the quesadillas,one of my favorite foods to enjoy when I want something fast, easy and delicious! Ingredients:
2 lb beef cubes fine diced- Diced Caldillo De Pulpa
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 of a chopped onion
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
salt
black pepper
Queso Oaxaca
Sour cream

When you been cooking a while it happens. My wife freaks out at me because I do it all the time. In Texas they have a place called Snows bbq and the pitmaster is an 80+ yr old woman, she uses her hand to tell the temp of her pits not a thermometer.
That's how real Mexicans do it

I made this last night for my two small kids and husband. Everyone loved it! I served the guac on the side. Will be making this again for sure!
You won’t believe me haha, but my brother was helping me connect my phone to my tv. Well once we were successful he asked me to go on TH-cam and play a video . As I open the app I then scroll down and then your video comes up, he immediately said “oh play that one!” and it was your video!!! Can’t wait to make this!! Cocinas rico!!!

Buts she's so polite that the next time she takes a bite, she moves forward just to make sure if another piece falls, it'll fall on the counter.
