I want to point a very important thing about his headers. Those are the worst headers you could use for any Ls Swap please everyone out there stay away from those headers that make contact with your spark plug boots/ wires. More than likely his boots are gonna be burnt and a spark, gonna go to the header and the car is not gonna perform been There done that . Anyone doing an Ls Swap in a G body basically anything use 1999 Camaro factory manifolds thank me later

I was looking for this comment. One of the headers looks like it’s physically touching the spark plug boot. Run it too long and it could melt through then start arcing. Much respect to the build though.
Looks like that number 3 spark plug boot is touching the header. Think it will be problems later. Good stuff. Sounds good. I've heard a swap like this costs between $5 and 6K so great job.
So glad to hear you mention be careful with those harnesses 😂 I drove myself insane with one of those. The car DID crank and ran crazy which drove me nuts trying to figure out why. Ended up the harness was pinned all sorts or wrong. Fixed the pin outs and now it's perfect but it was way off
Looks decent. 2011 camaro water pump and tensioner will allow a lot nicer looking upper radiator hose. The outlet is on the driver's side where it ought to be.
Just ran across your video and upon watching it I did come across something that was going to hurt you.. (Your top rad hose ) You need to run that hose a different way because it looks closed off where it goes over breather tube and for that it will get hot and over heat
Oh amd cover and block off those ac ports and conne tions bro before trash get in there and have to replace every damn thing,dirt and trash get in there and your shit aint never gonna cool rite,,youll be changing out orfice tubes like socks my boi
Are those spark plug wires resting against the headers? If so that will definitely cause a misfire eventually. Nice setup and i love the car and what you did with it. Congrats
Very valuable information for the do it yourselfer. 🔥🔥🔥 Put you a crossover pipe on the exhaust closest to the engine as possible. You should notice a lot more pep in that mf. Them rally wheels looking great too.
If you put a crossover on the exhaust,, paint both pipes from header too around the tail shaft of the transmission run engine too operating temp and where the paint stops burning that's where too install the crossover tube...

Was gonna go 20inch rally’s but I went 17 inch salt flat wheels they look like rally’s but more of a style and I got 600hp I don’t need plastic rings and center caps flying everywhere when I punch it so I went with the salt flats and 275s in the rear the 20s with the 35 tire u lost all ur ride shit is rough as fuck I bet how I know I had em on my car last summer 84 cutlass 442
driver side 2nd spark plug wire was literally sittin on the header that will melt eventually grab some sparkplug wire boots for them to insulate them, also get that red wire off the fuel line with the metal clamp, where the fuel pump is... thats a time bomb if that wire splices over time by vibration it can ignite... and i'd also advise you to think about getting a better upper radiator hose situation cuz that thang is kinked and restricting flow.... coo car overall looks nice... thanks for sharin it
It would b nice 2c u insatall an EPS rack& eliminate all of that PS hydraulics &that sloppy integral PS box. U could benefit from some form of true cold air induction from the cool area behind the head lights, the cowl or thru the hood. That hot under hood air is power robbing. Hv u upgraded 2rear disc brakes yet?
Bro swap the 4l60e for a big boy 4L80E and a 6.0 and ull have alot more reliabilty and fun i promise.... mines at 266 thowwow and still rollin tough.... stay blessed, shits hard tbough

The carbed LS build in the caprice on my page has the same issue with the PS closeness to the pump, but it works fine. Great job on the build brother
