  • Hello Beautiful people of God! In this video I expose the source of Mindfulness skills as well as ways to redeem and utilize these skills to help us remain present, at which reduce anxious/depressive thoughts, feelings, and reduce stress!
    DISCLAIMER: Although the video identified ways to decrease and eliminate anxiety, depressive, and stress related symptoms while increasing self-awareness; It’s not a "one and done" task! It takes repetition, repetition, repetition!
    We have to be renewed in our mindset, and this takes daily meditation on God's Holy Word and a heart yearning to be like Christ! Humanly speaking it is impossible, but with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26!
