Amazing interview.. Thank you Cody!! so on point.. Will get a mentor and leads... and work on it.. My anchor point is my brother in law age 48died while vacationed in Cancun/drowning.. and left behind $800,000 for 3 kids.. and now one of them graduated as medical doctor... he passed away 8 years ago .. and now his son speed through college/med school and in 8 years finished as medical doctor!! Thank you for all your great interviewers..

This video he motivated me with: #1 energy, #2 memtor & #3 follow up calls. To clarify: the sales of his entire team counted under the one person, so it appears as if he sold 70,000 but it was actually 19 sales reps who won the contest??
I won the contest with one of my sales calls but the total production of $70k was from my sales reps.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question! Really got a lot of value out of the last conversation you were describing where you called the person a couple of times after the fact to just follow up, to keep in touch, & at that point, maybe the timing is right so the sale will happen.

Do you guys think that a new agent should go for F2F and master it before transitioning to TS? Or a new agent can go straight to TS and succeed?
It doesn't really matter but F2F is a lot more forgiving and easier to close the sale.
