Yummy meal for small group but I would omit the cheese. Without the cheese its more like Hainanese style pork chop. Thank you Roland for your easy-to-follow instructions. It’ll be a definite winner with my grandsons

Your viewers in the U.S. and Canada have ovens calibrated in degrees Fahrenheit, rather than Centigrade. Going forward, you may wish to include the cooking temperatures for both scales, to save your fans from the need to recalculate. For this dish, 180° C = 350° F and 200° C = 400° F.
