I never know simple fried rice like this can be so yummy 😋 Thank you chef Roland ❤️ I replaced the pork chop with sausage & ham as I don’t have any pork when I wanted to cook this ☺️
Yummy meal for small group but I would omit the cheese. Without the cheese its more like Hainanese style pork chop. Thank you Roland for your easy-to-follow instructions. It’ll be a definite winner with my grandsons
Oh I want to try this. It looks so yummy makes me hungry. Very informative video too. No wonder my non stick pans don't last. I've been cooking olive oil with them.
2019 and they can't invent a phone where you can grab food from the screen of your device..... 😞 I'm disappointed That looks sooo good. All those flavours! Mouth watering...... Thanks for the recipe. Will have to give this ago one day.
Just found this recipe. Looks so delicious that I want to try it today. Also, I wish to buy the pan you are using. Hope I can find it in the stores 2 years later! Thanks for sharing the recipe, Roland.

Looks scrumptious! Must try...hubby loves pork chops. Yummy rice......Laughing @ using mozzarella cheese in Asian dish. Fusion rocks! TFS. 💜 Love that Dutch oven!
This recipe is one I think I would enjoy quite a bit, and it doesn't seem hard at all to make. I will most definitely make it soon. Thank you for introducing us to it. One small suggestion, if I may. Your viewers in the U.S. and Canada have ovens calibrated in degrees Fahrenheit, rather than Centigrade. Going forward, you may wish to include the cooking temperatures for both scales, to save your fans from the need to recalculate. For this dish, 180° C = 350° F and 200° C = 400° F.
Too bad I already ruined my non-stick pan by using olive oil :(( but will remember when I buy a new one , thanks for the tips. Also very interesting recipes, I love it, love it, love it.

I loved this recipe! I’d never had this dish before. It was excellent! I’m sure I didn’t make it as good as you did. What brand is that Dutch oven and where can I get one?
I heard u mentioned to avoid using olive oil on non stick, but aren’t olive oil is the most suitable oil to use on a non stick pan? I’m still learning on which oil to use on which pan
Hihi. Olive oil has a low heating point that means it burns very easily which will hurt the coating of the pan. I found this article useful and ever since we stopped using olive oil in our non-stick pan, our pan has lasted a longer period of time than usual. www.swissdiamond.com/news-announcements/5-common-mistakes-to-avoid-when-using-nonstick-cookware
Hi, thank you for your great videos and for sharing your recipes! You can put plastic wrap on top of your meat before pounding to avoid raw meat/juice splatter.

Can I substitute the pork chop with vegetables ? If yes how should I cook the veggies. Thanks in advance.
Hi! Why should we avoid using olive oil with the non-stick pan?
Hi, thank you for your great videos and for sharing your recipes! You can put plastic wrap on top of your meat before pounding to avoid raw meat/juice splatter.
