A tool I started using many years ago is a traditional filet knife from the sporting goods section. Very sharp and flexible for deboning and removing thin layers of unwanted tissue.
Wow! Very well done, Roland, and thanks for speaking slowly so I can follow along. Also a big "Kudo" to your camera team for always making me hungry with their great close ups. I swear that I can smell the pork frying in the oil! Happy cooking!
Hi Chef, will you be able to do more videos that help us meal prep for the week? Are these recipes you share good for meal prep I.e. frozen and then thawed later during the week for consumption?
Hi Roland, A question please ? can I mix water chestnut flour with corn flour and do I need to crush the water chestnut flower in a pestle and mortar prior to mixing and can I use water chestnut flour in the second addition of flour to make a batter more crispy. Thank you in advance Geoff down under in OZ.
For this recipe, just corn flour/starch will be good enough, the corn flour is there to help lock in the moisture as well as tenderise the pork chop. It’s not supposed to be “crispy”

Could you do this in the airfryer? Would a wet marinade be OK in there? Thanks!
Yes you can, just spray some oil over the pork chops before you air fry them.
