    Correction ^^ In this video I mention that Albania was part of the soviet union. My mistake. It was never part of the soviet union.

      You also said that not many people come to visit Albania, when in reality, the last year, 10 million people visited Albania, that is three time it's population. Except for Greece, Albania is by far the most visited country in the region. Anyway, thanks for visiting our country,and for the good words 🙏. Greetings from Tirana bro 🥂

      "Everyone"? Albania has a small population of around 3.5 million of 98% Albanians. The UK has around 70 million including around 35% who have little or no ancestral history to it. There's your answer.

    You do look very Albanian actually. At the beginning of the video I though you were an Albanian who emigrated to London from North of Albania. You have got that Northern Albanian look and there is a lot of Albanians from the north who have emigrated to London mainly but also in other parts of UK. By your last name you seem to probably be of a Spanish background so that is not very strange, Southern Europeans: "Una faccia una razza" :)

    nice video bro. do you know that between Albania and Scotland have ancient connection roots? have many facts that Scottish people cams from Illyrians roots. Scotland used to be called Albany/ Albania. The name is from Albany son of Briti=Brutus of TROY. in latin.Brutus/Briti was first king of Britain and the founder of Briti-ania=Britain, thats why BRITISH=BRUTUS cames from Albanian origin. And there are other two things mentioned about Albanians and Scottish.. THE KILT AND THE BAGPIPE. no other people in the world has these too ancient symbols

      Tirana is a walkable city and the buses are easy to find, from my experience it was easy to figure out without apps :) Buses are always going to airport from near the Plaza hotel.

    Albanians have called their country Shqiperia since the 16th century, and their language Shqipe. Albanian scholars believe these names come from the word shqiptoj, which means "to speak intelligibly".

    Whenever I travel abroad I always look at the news of the country and ive noticed that theyre usually complaining about the same things we are. Healthcare, pensions, standard of living, etc. To be honest the grass always seems greener elsewhere, but we do live in one of the most developed countries in the world.

  • @Candolad
    @Candolad 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Albania divorced itself from Soviet-style Communism in favour of Chairman Mao Chinese-style Communism in the mid-1960s. It became an isolated state with severe restrictions on its people. Anyone going near their borders or coast was shot at without question. Oddly, the government used Norman Wisdom films to placate the miserable population. Ask an Albanian about Norman Wisdom and theyll know who he is.

      It is true but when a country is smaller they are tightly related with each other, healthcare isnt the best but you'll always find someone who you know that will sort it out for you, same with pensions, their kids migrate out of the country and the money they send here isnt noticable to them. And trust me If you can make just some money in albania life is alot easier here than the west (Ive tried both).
