"Everyone"? Albania has a small population of around 3.5 million of 98% Albanians. The UK has around 70 million including around 35% who have little or no ancestral history to it. There's your answer.
Worked there for 3 years. Amazing experience. Safe ,cheap and great weather. If you are moving out of the UK, this would be a great place to go to, assuming you can work online.

You have got that Northern Albanian look and there is a lot of Albanians from the north who have emigrated to London mainly but also in other parts of UK. Do you know a App or plan how can I see the Bus plan of Tirana? Or Do you have to walk everywhere & how did you got from the City to the airport, which Bus Station and where
Tirana is a walkable city and the buses are easy to find, from my experience it was easy to figure out without apps :) Buses are always going to airport from near the Plaza hotel.

It is true but when a country is smaller they are tightly related with each other, healthcare isnt the best but you'll always find someone who you know that will sort it out for you, same with pensions, their kids migrate out of the country and the money they send here isnt noticable to them. And trust me If you can make just some money in albania life is alot easier here than the west (Ive tried both).
