Same all over Europe now, especially Eastern Europe. I've been to over 20 European countries and had the same experience in all of then - most people under 30 or so can speak English. Some parts of Western Europe the age is higher (for example, in The Netherlands pretty much everyone except pensioners can speak English), but the general trend is that the younger they are the more likely they are to speak English. It's starting to happen in the Middle East as well, when I went to Beirut, everyone young could speak English - and it's the third language there, after Arabic and French.

@erberen shamu lovely thing to do. To live with simple morals. treat people nice and they treat you nice in return. Look at the love Koyla and the other family showed Ben, and now he goes back a couple of times a year and shares that love back and shares it with us watching too. We can learn a lot through those simple actions of simply being nice.
@erberen shamu if you think that living to the morals of being nice to each other is reductionist then your not doing it right. When someone pays your people a compliment your supposed to be happy about that. Clearly you dont live to the same morals as your own people. Not a single person in this video did anything complicated. They showed friendship and politeness, just as Ben shows to everyone he meets. That really inst complicated at all.
@erberen shamu I don't know why you had to take that as an insult. I googled the canon and it seems like an intriguing piece of history and culture, but its main bullet points on wikipedia are "Honor, Hospitality, Right Conduct, and Kin Loyalty." It seems not only easy to understand, but only able to be followed by people with good common sense.

Really nice people of Albania 🇦🇱🇭🇷
imagine being a rural albanian farmer and then one random day bald rocks up to your house on a scooter
Best day ever lol
hahaha
Exactly!
@whitegirl333 was thinking the same thing.
They waited for the blonde prince on a white horse and then.... bald came on a white scooter. :D
Imagine being one of the Albanians around and just hearing him go "Hoxha Hoxha Hoxha". They must think you mad.

@The Black Rat Inn It's possible, but also consider being that old, having lived through what he would have and then seeing this foreigner coming into his nowhere village to presumably tell people back home about what happened here and not invading like Hoxha claimed.

I've been waiting for an Albania video! I'm an American who married into an Albanian family here in the US. I'm saving this to watch with my wife later tonight!
Hope u enjoy it than
Da Ba thanks nice guy
You think she may be able to translate and put up subtitles?
Michael O she translated for me while watching, there unfortunately wasn’t anything very interesting. She was just very amused at how everyone he encountered reminded her of her family members 😂
@Da Ba You seem happy with your life.
You've got to love how pretty much every teenager speaks English.
Where is it not that way? In nearly every european country schools teach english
dave a lot of countries outside europe.
True! Stayed with a couple families while travelling round europe and the teenagers were always there to help translate
100 percent the best channel on youtube, the amount you learn off of 1 bald and bankrupt video is insane and the childish adventorism really shows how passionate he is about this, keep up the great content and ill definataly be grabbing a t shirt.
When Bald says I'll speak Albanian tomorrow, I genuinely believe him

What wonderful people. Restores faith in the World, that there are many nice people out there. The chap hugging you, not a word said. The farmer inviting you in for a beer. Even the Turkeys gave you a warm send off. Yet again shows, those with little have the most love and friendship to give. Something many of us can learn from. Seeing you on that bridge alone with no-one around made me think of Kolya. I hope he is ok.
Actually brother I think the guy who hugged Bald is deaf dumb anyway he was the only one to fully understand balds body language. Its amazing these people are masters at reading body language notice how everyone else didnt understand anything bald was trying to say even tho they can speak and hear.
He really warmed my heart man only smiling at him hugging him
may God bless him what a beautiful human being
@@b.m2829 you may very well be right. was heart warming that a complete stranger can sense Mr Bald is a nice guy and hug him like that. Such a simple thing but means so much. I think even Ben was really touched by that gesture.
