So the gallbladder is an organ that stores bile produced by the liver, usually filled with liquid, but it's green or yellow and it has a real bitter taste to it. When we travel on a boat from island to island and get seasick, that's the only thing that would help people from vomiting but the taste of the gallbladder is so terrible. As for the liver, I can see that being added to the soup, super delicious when cooked😊
