Just want to point out that if it’s smoking, it’s not completely out. Just because there’s no flame, doesn’t mean it can’t relight. Other than that, great video.
I've been in Colorado for 9 months and it is getting cold I'm also in a new 2022 Palomino truck camper Badland Edition I've been in about all of it I haven't had much hail yet but I've had a lot of snow or rain loving every minute of it good luck to you stay warm
I was driving back from the Clark Canyon Res after camping four days with the dogs (very cold but no wind!) on New Years day and got the new video announcement. Couldnt wait to check it out. After unpacking i collapsed in my chair. The video had to wait til this morning with coffee. Well done! (I could FEEL the cold). Happy New Year! Looking forward to your upcoming videos.
Thanks for listing the brand names for some of your equipment/clothing. Im always looking to upgrade and/or replace old gear. Unfortunately you clued me into MKC. Fortunately they are so popular they are out of stock. Maybe next payday.
Good morning from Godley Texas, another super adventure going into the New Year. Love the teamwork between you and your girlfriend. As always delicious meals prepared with some degree of simplicity. Out of curiosity, what is the temperature inside the tent. Live life to the fullest. Stay safe and happy travels 😎 Happy New Year 🎊
Thanks for the comments John! At the highest part of the wedge it read 86°. It’s likely 70° down where we sleep but still it’s very toasty! The diesel heater is a game changer in these type of situations
The jump was minimal today. Cold weather setting in. Was that hot chocolate or just hot water and milk together? I thought it looked like a Swiss moss packet. Tool roll looks like a solid kitchen organizer and doesn’t have a ton of unused items in it.
Great video! Question for you...any thoughts on including a back window in a wedge camper? I'm thinking about modifying my Lone Peak order to include the back window delete. Main reason being for security when valuables are packed back there. Main concern would be losing my rear view mirror functionality and perhaps the extra sunlight, although LPs always have the front window. Any regrets not having that back window?
No regrets at all. I actually don't even have my rear view mirror up in my tacoma anymore. Completely took it out and just use my side mirrors, back up camera, and blind spot sensors. I like the privacy and extra secruity of no window.
@@hunter_pauley Thanks, that's good info. My '16 Tundra is new to me, and I wasn't thinking about the fact that it has a backup cam. No blind spot sensors, but I'm not sure the rear view mirror helps with that anyway. The added privacy will be nice too when getting in/out of our wetsuits.
Loved this video, looked like a great little trip. May the force be with you.
Great rig, great videos keep up the great work
New wheels look great!
Thanks man! The SSW Off Road wheels are really unique with the machined look :)

Put a couple gallons of water and then some snow on it. But yes, I agree.
Agreed. Smoking means not out. Even no smoke, embers could still be burning. If you cant touch it, dont leave it.
It’s been a rough day… needed this one brother ❤ great video can’t wait to get out there myself.
Glad you were able to watch the video. Hopefully your day gets better man 🤙🏽🤝🏽
Literally bought a Toyota today because of these videos.
Haha love it! Toyotas are amazing. Just hit 58k in mine after 3 years of ownership!
Sorry to hear!
Jk
@@hunter_pauleywhat did you do at 30k miles and what do you plan on doing at 60k? Love watching the videos btw
@@Rj-bc8sn I did what Toyota recommended at 30k. Gotta look at what’s due at 60k!
Best vehicle purchase decision you can make!
Love your videos!, greetings from México!
Im gonna set up my tent like that

Tried the coffee with protein shake based on your videos. I don’t know why I never knew about this before!
It’s a game changer! I only do the cafe late ones now really though. The fair life shakes are pretty good though too!
Nice "Quiky" vid. Thanks for posting on New Years Day.
Thank you Tim! Happy New Year to you as well.
Very nice ⛺

I always try to list some of the basics on what I use! If there isn’t something listed or your curious about it, let me know 🤙🏽

Hot chocolate! Added some milk though too.
Tool roll is fantastic this far. Gonna play around with it some more and experiment set ups.

Mi sueño es estar en la nieve tu realidad es que vives con ella 😮😅😊 saludos cordiales desde mi Colombia
Beautiful 🤘🔥
Thank you 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Man, I love your content. What's the name of the song you used for the background?
I get a lot of my background music from Motion Array! I would have to look up the exact artist for this one.
@hunter_pauley thanks mate.
What mic do you use to record these? The quality of these videos is top notch. Keep them coming
Thank you!!! I use the Rode VideoMic II. It was about $75 on Amazon.
Very nice 🏕️
I drove a prepared SUV where any sedan can go. Man😂😂😂
Thanks for the watch!
