Just found your channel and made the mistake of watching it in bed. Welp, it’s morning now lmao. Very relaxing content and makes me wish i was out there. Keep it up ^^
Great tips on the Dutch oven pizza. They make a cast iron insert that I believe is intended to elevate a pot roast which raises the bottom of the pizza so it doesn’t touch the oven. This way, I just use parchment paper under the pizza and haven’t had any problems with burning. Plus, the parchment paper serves as a nice lifter to get the pizzas out. Your videos always have such great visuals: Montana is absolutely majestic.
Interesting! I will have to look into getting one of those. It’s a full time job turning and taking the dutch oven off to ensure it doesn’t burn the bottom haha! Appreciate the tips and insight. Thanks for the support on this video!
@hunter_pauley I appreciate you leaving the last log, I was actually there just after you, great view and just caught the Northern Lights on the 2nd night. I seem to bounce around similar spots, love the videos!

Great video. I have enjoyed pizza with pineapple on it. But I think it was Hawaiian Pizza, which does have that salty meat component. Keep enjoying more nights in that SP camper!
You should really look into Oru Designs and their Bruin with the barn doors. It is legit a mega step up from what you got now. May be worth looking into
@@AmeriCanonStudios I saw them at the 3 expos. Cool design but not a fan of the straight pop up style especially on a midsize truck. I would go with the alucab to eliminate the tailgate which is a major part of dust in all campers.
@@hunter_pauley why aren’t you a fan of the straight up pop up? You get way more room? Don’t you feel very confined with your feet at the taper part of your camper? When you upgrading to a full size truck if ever? Ford’s do a great job keeping dust out via the tailgate but also you can just buy third party gaskets you can supply to solve the dust problem you are concerned with
@@AmeriCanonStudios my tailgate is sealed on the tacoma too with the aftermarket kit as well as the bed rails. The only way to truly mitigate dust 100% with with a slide in or tailgate removal like Alucab does and the sealing process like Tiny Rig Co does. The tailgate seals help a ton and I’m like 95% sealed but dust still naturally works its way in. A couple of reviews on Oru design also mention that lack of sealing around their doors especially the barn door models. One major concern with the pop straight ups is the wind. With the wedge, you can point it directly into the wind which helps drastically. From a personal preference, I also just think they look MASSIVE and don’t follow the body lines on midsize trucks. Yes you get more room but if I also want more room, I’m not going with a midsize, I’m going with a full-size and likely at that point doing a slide in 4WC so I have the ability to remove it still if I wanted.
@@hunter_pauley any Italian cheese should be good, mozzarella fior di latte, mozzarella di bufala, mixed maybe with pecorino romano, grana padano or even scamorza. Choose your favourite one 🙂 I live in Europe so I don't know the availability of cheeses in US/Canada 😔
I've only seen 1 or 2 of them locally up by me. I would have to likely visit them in person and get a demo unit to take out. It seems like an awesome option but just a little too wide/bulky for what I was wanting out of a camper. Thanks for the input and support!
