Great video bro. My snap lock floor is great for indoor events or hard surfaces, but your advice is 100% spot on, it kinda sucks on grass. This is perfect advice for newbies.
One suggestion I can give when setting up a metal frame dance floor on grass is use small pieces of wood 6” squares on each joint that will level your floor and will allow the following squares to joint easier Also if you lay down a plastic sheet 2 mil it protects the back of your floor from moisture
Is there a floor that flex’s ?? I’m looking for a small platform or floor that flex’s so I can jump rope ,I already use the rubber mats ,just thought id ask ! 😊
Load in truck by hand 2 at a time. Then use our 4 wheeled hand cart from truck to location. I don’t like those dance floor specific carts. Bulky. Too much room taken up in truck. They are more for a banquet hall with a storage area where the dance floor is always on site.
How does the Seco type floor work on uneven or patchy ground? Your video showed a pristine flat lawn so obviously that was easy...how far can you go with this stuff before it doesn't work or stay together?
Works pretty well. The 4x4 panels do well over holes and ruts and patchiness. Because they are 4x4 and strong, they will go over gaps well. Obviously not best over humps but no floor is. Avoid the humps.
Best way is to not have to clean them. Get some plastic sheets. Cut and tape it to the common sizes (minus an inch or two on each side so you never see it sticking out) 16x16, 16x20, 12x12. put that down first. Let that get dirty instead of floor.
How would someone go about learning to build a snap floor? I’ve been looking for floors or instructions on how to build them because I see them at ballroom Dance competitions but the price range is also 85k plus .

How do you transport your dance floors? The case carrying 9 panels could weigh about 700lbs

Hello. I charge $30 per 4x4 panel.
Can you put a center pole on top of the dance floor, or would that break the floor?
You can. We don’t like to.

Can you use the outdoor tent (sico or palm Snyder ) indoors or is it better to buy from snap lock for indoors?
Yes. You just gotta keep the back clean so not to mess up the places floors.
@@thetentguy what’s the best way to clean them before bringing them indoors. You have helped me so much and I’m going all in. Investing today !

Dance competitions but the price range is also 85k plus .
Do you rent them $30 a piece per hour?
For the event. Not hourly. Everything I have is rented for an event. Set up 1-3 days before. Pick up 1-3 days after.
