He opted for a no name BL15. Had bad motor issues 1st flight, & again yesterday.ive fliwn it 4 flights. I put in an eflite BL15 880kv. Hopefully, thats solved now! 4s.
I love this plane and have scratch built a quite a few out of foam board. Can't afford this level. Why are the wheels sooo small. I would put at least 3" wheels on.
what size prop is on the power 90 on 6s? I just started a sig astro hog kit bash into a PT-19., trying to decide what motor to put in it. Was thinking about that motor or going again with the hobbystar 5065 435kv like i have in my pietenpol. Didnt fly pietenpol yet but seems like it got plenty of power. Want to stay with 6s on astro hog, has same wingspan at 71 inches as that ugly stick. LOL, the timber in the tree comment
Feel free to shoot me an email I will send the pic of the temp reading from the vehicle. Also we carry generators so we can run a propane heater to run in the pavilion. Hands def are not an issue. I also had to swap a battery every vid take because it was so cold they wouldn’t work unless I rotated them in and out of my pocket.
I own many seagull planes and am very happy with the cost vs quality. Perfect no, better than 90% of what’s out there absolutely. I have their Zero, Decathlon, Extra300L and AT6 Texan 2. All fly incredibly well and I just added the Corsair. That may be their nicest plane yet. Not a fan of their hardware or light choices. But that’s an easy fix

17x6 zoar electric prop. It was a 16x6 but he likes this more

I own one of these. Seagull is basically junk.
