Well, what a different project this was. Honestly I wasn't sure if I would be into this 1.5M Rc Castle Paramotor or not but I can say after officially flying it, this will have a permanent spot with me every field trip. I plan on adding a nice strobe light to it for dusk flights. Get your below.

#Sebart #SebartUSA #JustPlaneCrazy #GatorRC #ModelAirplane #RC In this episode I Maiden the Sebart Marchetti from Gator RC. The Kingmax servos worked flawlessly and the eflite Power 90 provided ample power. The plane is uper quiest and flew like it was on rails. With the thin wing the glide was a little long. I started today to build mine but with a Valach 140.I watched your videos 1000 times, just miss the electronics part. I guess if you use any kind of power management, jeti box maybe? Thanks and congratulations for the excelent job. SUPER SUPER USEFUL!!!
Did this beautiful plane ever have a build video?
Thanks bro much appreciated
The video shows that the re-tracts are in the box...I contacted them and they said the re-tracts had to be purchased seperate, another $600.00.....Says functioning retracts in the summary....very mis- leading....just saying....BEWARE....
Understand. The gear is just shipped in the box to save shipping. The website has it on there clearly
Perfecto vuelo. Perfecto aterraje
I cant believe u didnt immediately land after that major engine hiccup at the start of your flight. I would have landed that sucker and checked my fuel lines and the clunk and everything and figure out why it was running so rough.
It was all part of figuring it out. Even after it did it. After numerous attempts and fixes the issue was the speed and turbulence of the air through the cowl inlets disturbing the air fuel mixture of the carb. I added a Venturi and used craft foam to box off around the carb. Issue fixed
Nice job
So far so good on my A10
So far so good on my A10
Hell yes
Used this trick so many times
Great idea 😊
Thanks for watching
Why Jeti and not FrSky ?
I have smc for my X-Maxx and XRT. And 8s Arrma trucks. I like them a lot. They have been good batteries
Just bought an xrt and losi. They all got Smc packs.
less voltage MORE amperage
Unfortunately that’s not correct. Run ohms law. The math is the math
AWESOME!! 👍🏽👍🏽
Did you end up building or selling this? I've had my eye on it but it has some serious scale flaws that are bugging me. Interested to see how yours came out.
So I am still building mine. Getting closer. Build is on my fb page until I get vids done. Curious about major flaws and issues? Fill me in and ask away the questions
@JustPlaneCrazy Ah, I don't have a FB account. The two major issues for me is the fuselage is too short and the oversized cowl. I was going to pick one up from Mike this weekend but last minute changed my mind and went with a giant scale FW190. Good luck on your build!
@ honestly the fw190 is a great choice. I really am not a fan of the oversized cowl at all. I wish they would have included both. The plane it self is massive and I hope it fits well because it still looks good.
@@JustPlaneCrazy I discussed with Mike, there are two cowls available, scale and oversized. I'd call him and do an exchange. Honestly, small cut outs for R90 rockers is still better than that over sized cowl. Friend did it in a TopRC F4 and you barely notice. Something to think about.
That great thank you. I think I am going to install it as is and fly it. If it lives through the maiden I will order the small cowl and go with it. It looks dumb. I also dislike all the glue on plastic stuff. Makes it look cheap. I will leave it off. No one will say anything because it looks fine without it
Nice Video! Why is the rpm already at 1.600 rpm while the engine is "off"? Do you know, if the sensor can wotk with Graupner Hott receivers?
You can check the site to see what it works with. www.rclightsystems.com
@@JustPlaneCrazy Yes, I checked, but they do not have Graupner Hott in the list - but somtimes JR is compatibel. I will contact them, thanks. Any commant on the wrong rpm while switched off?
It’s like a default reading. Email them. They are very responsive and good to talk to
Good flying and helpful commentary.
Left engine not tuned right, should have straightened out that before ever trying to takeoff. Was it fixable?
Nope
I would put the missiles on
No drop tank?
@JustPlaneCrazy probably, I would love to see it all decked out. But if it really affects the flight characteristics I would not fly with them, at least the drop tanks
Did the landing gear set come with the kit?? Thanks!
They are seperate. You can use JP rom Gator for Robarts. Mounting brackets included
@JustPlaneCrazy thanks
Great smoke
It’s such a beast in the air. It gets hard to see the plane at times
Does the wings fold
It does not.
Still making these ?
Yes. Email landinggearfix@gmail.com
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with us ❤
Beautiful workmanship ❤
Thanks for watching
47K. You’re shitting me.
Hi - thanks for the video. I have the exact same setup. Before I put it in the air, was trying to test the SAFE feature that auto corrects the plane controls. It finds the satellites, can set the home point and zone, have the green light. When I pick up and put the plane in different angles/attacks, even upside down, the controls do not move. Thinking they should? I even took out the GPS module and tried - still no movement. I can control all the surfaces manually with the transmitter so know its binded ok. Any thoughts? Just getting back into the hobby after 40yrs.
Just figured it out! You have to engage full throttle, then it activates and after that, the surfaces move to autocorrect! This is not documented that I could find in the manual.
I was just gonna say it needs throttle. Glad you figured it out nice job. That stuff isn’t easy
Made a quick video of how to setup and test. Thanks again for your video - it made me retest everything and why I stumbled on the throttle! th-cam.com/video/96BzHvYIyfc/w-d-xo.html
Thank You so much for sharing all those stuff with us.
Thanks for watching and Merry Christmas 🎄
Thanks - I just started building a Seagull Decathlon 120 and want to do the same thing with the smoke. Will be a bit tighter install, but this really helped me - so thank you! Using a 26mm motor.
Oh my..I forgot to ask you. Would you happen to have a pair of those fancy ass crimps hanging around for disabled Vietnam veteran Would you? If not, please point me to a "decent " pair? Hoping it's made in the USA 🇺🇸
Check out www.hansen-hobbies.com Thank you for your service. You are a greater man than I
@JustPlaneCrazy Dang, that link don't work.
Try this www.hansenhobbies.com
@JustPlaneCrazy Thank you very much. I found this place just from the name. I just ordered myself a pair. Expensive stuff eh? 😁
Nice video, Sir. I've been in the hobby for 15 years. One thing that I figured out was that you need a special tool to perform (or make your own stuff). At 71 ,I figured these days would be simpler. 😅😅. Now I need to buy a pair of "crimps". The name of the game in this hobby....gotta love it😅😂
Any update on this build?
Slowly working on the finishing the wings, gear and doors. Should have that wrapped up this weekend then I will release that video. My FB page has some current assy pics and descriptions
@ Sweet I got one on the way, running same setup
Very nice thank you😊
Thank you for this video.I've got 2 70mm Vipers, a 70mm F-16 and the 80mm Warthog. And now I can't shake the Turbine bug! So I'm watching videos and educating myself. Hadn't really considered this jet but now I'll look harder at it. I have a friend who has the MB-339 and he loves it. Bad experience with the Turbine tho. Smoked the bearings after 6 flights. So I'll be researching turbines as well. Thanks again.
I have 30 flights on the Xicoy. No issues. Right oil, right ratio, right setup. Those are the key factors
Dude that phrase is for air brakes not wheel brakes... You should take that off of there because it doesn't make any sense on wheel brakes
Oh my goodness. No way. I had no idea. Insert sarcasm anywhere in there you would like
😎
I used a clothes iron and misted the foam and et voila, healed a dent I had in EPP.
Sweet
Finally got me a Sullivan Megatron starter. Man, does that work good!
Sweet
Hey Brenden. What length servo arms did you use with your pro modelers? 25mm or 45mm?
45.
Cool Bud, I did'nt know about this model until just now, Ive dabbled into these paramotors some, I will say stay away from the HK model, its very hard to launch and you will crash and break more than fly it, also no spare parts available. I did however pick one up from Hackermotors its a very similar design to this model and its easy to launch. Launching is key and very little wind. The Hacker model has lights on it which is a plus but you can instal some led lights on yours. I will also check out yours on there sight to pick one up also. Once you get it down its very relaxing and enjoy. Thanks Brendon for the great demo👍👍👍👍👍
So... you got over 5 minutes of flight time with SMC 5300 40c pack, but you were very conservative and not hot dogging it too much, I have a couple of HRB 6s 6000 50c packs. I'm seriously considering getting one of these bad boys, so abouts how much flight time would I get on these batteries I have already? I would probably be hot dogging it about 70 percent of the flight time. Love your videos.
Thanks. Stick to what you have. They will work fine. The viper is an amazing airframe. You should get 3 1/2 out of your even beating it
brendan i have question. im trying to sync some d645mw servos for my legend hobby t28 build. i just got the hfp-30 programmer. on your video your servos show 54 in each direction. when i connect my servo the number is in the 100s and i cqnt get left and right to match like you did because i have to reverse 1 but i want the travel the same each direction. any ideas?
The number for each servo may be different. Like your vs mine. One should be a positive number one may be a negative for yours. Reverse it first and then set endpoints.
you look like your constipated!!
Just ordered toprc p51 Blondie woohoo
Wow. Sweeeeet
I am going to be doing this myself soon on a couple smaller scale fly Baby's, only i have to make the cowls. Have the plug made, ready to fiberglass.
I love this vid. Great instructional project.simple too!!
Great looking cub
I'm curious, I'm just now setting up one with a StinGR 85. Yours appears to be set up with the ESC on top of the motor box, (from looking at the motor mounted on the left), little or no airflow if so, and there aren't any vents opened up on the bottom for air exits. There's a knock out at the bottom in the firewall for a pipe that should be removed, and a vent cut in the covering just behind the gear, how are you providing for cooling?
From the builder We did not cut any exit holes. I told Enrique based on the Telemetry readings and what have you we would decide whether we needed to cut the holes or not. That thing doesn't even break a sweat so we decided not to cut the holes. Worst case scenario we were going to knock out the hole right behind the landing gear fill out the air to flow through, or one of the triangle pieces at the rear of the plane but I don't think it's fully enclosed. So I think the whole behind the landing gear which is a rectangle hole would have been the one to melt out if we were going to have an exit hole
@JustPlaneCrazy thanks, that's what I was planning, the hole behind the gear. I live in a tropical climate, I'll test first though. I had a feeling these are running cooler than a direct drive, and don't draw so much amperage
Gorilla glue for hinges
