Even if you are a part of an HOA, your property is still considered as PRIVATE PROPERTY and the HOA cannot construct on your property without your consent. This violates basic city and county laws concerning private property and HOA bylaws cannot override them. This is unauthorized construction, damage to property and trespassing. The new security cameras are considered as invasion of privacy and having strangers come onto OP's land is a liability issue. Furthermore, the HOA cannot declare OP's private property as community property, which would mean they are trying to force a change in ownership. That's illegal and you can sue.
No HOA rule or board decision can supersede any city, county, state or federal law. For example requiring a green lawn during a drought is a prime example of forcing residents to break the law. So the state's property laws still apply. You know the the ones about trespassing and property damage. Just because we say so doesn't make it legal.
HOAs can not change the designation of property by a vote, not to mention the issue of trespassing, liability, additional costs, invasion of privacy. There is no way this could be legal over riding city and state law
Anybody else notice that EVERY SINGLE VIDEO from this channel has the 2nd story being about an HOA and starting with the phrase, “I never thought I would be…”, then the HOA does some shady shit, then OP calls their cousin/family friend that just happens to be a lawyer specializing in real estate or HOA law, more HOA shenanigans, then winning the case, then the moral of the story, or lesson learned, is that you have to stand your ground and having the best revenge be justice taking its course?
story #2, don't call the HOA, just call a contractor to remove it, and that is not how property law works and take the camera down, don't give the even an inch
Just doing that only means the HOA is going to be breathing down your neck even faster, even if they had no legal standing. At the very least, if you do it like OP did, you can tell the judge that you *did contact the HOA* about their illegal activity. Why spend your own money on a contractor when you can force the HOA to take down the illegal hot tubs themselves?

IT'S CLEAR THIS HOA DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE PRINCIPLES OF TRESPASSING, FRAUD, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE AS WELL AS CONSPIRACY
Shut the water and power off to the hot tub!
Challenging any organisation is required for it to remain professional and transparent.

Breaking and entering to install the plumbing and wiring?
Hahaha, apricot beetles... I tried the endless ribs, it spiked my sugar level up through the roof, never again

oh crap, a recycled story, disappointing, story #1
Some of the stories are getting way too long.
People don't go to fancy restaurants to eat healthy. They go there for a treat. Unfortunately most treats crush the word healthy with a bulldozer.
You are starting to drag these stories out way too much. Go back to the shorter, multiple story format.
