Agrobacterium is a gram-negative soil bacterium, that infects plants and fruit trees at wound sites and causes a tumor known as "Crown Gall Disease". The cause of this cancerous growth is transfer of a specific DNA segment, called T-DNA, from Ti plasmid present in Agrobacterium. From the knowledge of mechanism of this process, researchers have created vectors for transient and stable transformation of plants, including model plant Arabidopsis, and important crop plants.

in some review paper, it mentioned that right border is essential rather than left border because at right border thats were D2 recognized and binds
