I put SAND in the container where i wanted chambers and all that - and THEN filled it up. Took it out and just removed the sand. Saved lots of work.
I used sand with clay mix so it didnt just crumble away after drying for a day.
neat tutorial, very simple and easy to follow
Great Tutorial!
Amazing!😀
awesome!! I'll
make this for my yellow crazy ants
Nice
Wow amazing blog 😍❤❣️❣️
Nice ant nest
yeaaah nice
Cool Nice
Bonjour 👋
Merci beaucoup 🖖
YES, finally a new ant youtuber
sadly I'm older than most ant youtubers that are popular last year :D XD
Nice video but be careful about using all in ones because I’ve had wayyyy too many deaths because of poor ventilation by design
Thanks! I'll try
@Itsjusta Hellcat that works for the outworld section but inside the formicarium airflow will be limited when there is only 1 entrance point. Small formicariums should be fine but the larger it gets the worse the problem will become.
moi je m'été de la pâte a modelé pour faire les galerie puis le plâtre comme ça pas besoin de gratté pour creusé
Carpenter or harvester or campinotus
how do u add drinking water for them? just this humidity sponge is enough? because they cant get to it
Bro very nice but can we attach a water test tube in it's side to provide water? What about ventilation?
Testtube to the side and ventilation either by open top or by hole in the lid with barrier around or dense mesh
Hello quick questing when I water mine it gets slightly soggy at the top! Will the ants still use it? Also how can I prevent it!
that's perfectly fine, but be sure to use plaster of the hardness level 3 or higher
Like the video what's with the plaster piece though.. water detectors? I don't follow?
What do you mean exactly? water chambers?
@@AntsCzechEN at 7.15 you mentioned about water detectors but after watching your video again I understand. Good video btw 👌
Some sites say plaster of Paris can kill the ants?
plaster means skim coat right?
no, gypsum plaster, best is dental plaster, hydrocal
How to put that gravel.. Mine is dried and forgot to put gravel.
You can just put the gravel on top in a layer of loose sand or glue it to the plaster
@@AntsCzechEN thx for commenting
What type of plaster did u use?
standard modeling, but always use hardness tier 3 or higher, ultracal or hydrocal.
Why plaster instead of Dust concrete
to hard to work with, best type is dental plaster
Where do you get plaster
Any hardware or art store, or simply on the internet!
I put some water at the ant farm, and the next day i see there is mold. Is it normal?
Not really. Do you have ants in it?
@@AntsCzechEN Yes
@@AntsCzechEN but now I don't keep it I just find any just for fun bc I'm boring. I keep the ant for fun bc I want to give them eat and see how they eat.
