I'm back!
After hitting just short of 80,000 views on Greatest Speeches, I found that I did indeed have constant Discord noises in the background - which, let's face it... is lazy, lazy editing.
So, I have turned my discord off, added some speeches, taken some speeches away, changed the font, added a snazzy new look and even added a text at the top to tell you which Doctor said it and the actor's years in the show.
Wowee!
What's not to like?
Ok, well this took me about 6 hours to make so hopefully it will explode like the last one.

I agree. I personally love over all Matt Smith. But when it comes to emotional and powerful moments, Peter Capaldi brings rage, sadness, happiness and so much more into it at one time. So he's definitely the most powerful speaker
Matt smith is a good doctor but Peter capaldi is the best at speeches out of all the doctors
The only Doctor who could surpass in oration against Capaldi. Would be John Bercow, former Chair of the House of Commons. Imagine him doing a Doctor Speech. The eloquence he possesses, it would be phenomenal.

@@vipunen88 Not really. That's the only thing about it that doesn't quite work. Wouldn't the world be such a better place if it were purely rational? Crazy people just can't be reasoned with. If the episode were like real life, the speech, no matter how good, would've done nothing to stop the Zygons from pressing the button.
Tennant is the most lovable . Matt is the most enthusiastic (and my favorite one) but Capaldi have the greatest speeches of all doctors. Oh god
Capaldi brought the gravity back. Calali's doctor is a blues riff on an electric guitar that fades into the muffled silence of a well-worn tavern. Smith's was the roar in the pub when the team beats an old rival. Tenant's was your father's old car he gave you when you learned to drive the first time that puttered along until you put your foot on the gas, and then it roared. And Eccleston is the taste of that first kiss you'll always remember. Kinda sweet, bit odd, and over far too soon.

To be honest. I agree with every single one of the speeches you chose. Apart from Peter Capaldi's. Perhaps his speeches could have been better if they were spoken by another actof. I personally think Peter Capaldi is a really bad Doctor Who. I have seen him in other things, I'm not in any way saying he is a bad ACTOR. But I'm afraid I really don't think he can play Doctor Who properly. None of his speeches should have met this list in my opinion.

The way he spoke in that speech was brilliant. Of course, the Waters of Mars speech was creepy but good at the exact same time, because we get to see a small part of the Doctor's dark side. Along with, "I'm the winner, that's who I am."
FoxIGaming I am currently binging all of the Christmas Specials before Sunday, and I am really seeing his character and how he developed into a really quite Dark Doctor, but added a humorous glance to glaze over the darkness. Amazing actor, amazing doctor.

FoxIGaming I think that The Runaway Bride has one of Tennant’s darkest moments! He kills tons of children of the racnoss, which is genocide, seeing as the empress is later shot down.
well what would you have the earth eaten by racnoss or the genocide done to keep the humans alive. but the runaway bride in my opinion really shows us that the doctor does not do well on his on because as you put it he commits genocide.

Matts speeches perfectly encapsulates the old man in a young mans body. He shows how hard it is to carry his burden
Capaldi has a little of both. So,e of his speeches hit so hard on the emotional level while others are spine chillingly cold.
I think it is impossible to say who has the best speeches because they are all delivered in different contexts and have their roots in different things

Peter Capaldi's Doctor's anti war speech still brings tears! It is, I feel, THE greatest speech written for any of the Doctors. It is powerful and truly reflects how many truly feel about war! For me it is ALWAYS the children.
Absolutely. The ones with no control, no understanding, no desire for conflict. The emotion of his delivery of that always brings tears to my eyes, no matter how many times I have heard it.

Matt smith was my favorite doctor of them all. When he regenerated, I was sad, because, no one will ever act like he did, had the sense of humor like he did, and the speeches like he had.
I added this to the last words for a reason, and that reason being true. May we always have a doctor for advice, may we always be brave, but never be cowardly, and may we always be laughing and running fast.

This is lovely, just lovely. It could use a few more Classic Who speeches... I suggest Patrick Troughton's speeches about evil needing to be fought; the "indomitable" speech from Tom Baker, McCoy's goodbye to Mel and his speech about "ripples in time".

Doctor Who has changed my lofe around made me view the world a bit differently...
I'm not saying Capaldi is my favourite Doctor, because that would be lying. My favourite doctors were 10 and 11 because of their seriousness when needed and witty banter everywhere else. But I'll give Pete this. If there's one thing he is the undisputed champion of, it's speeches. Why is he so damn charismatic?! He's like Patrick Stewart or Morgan Freeman, you could listen to him talk forever and never get bored of it! Sure, Tennant and Smith did that too but not quite as well. Who agrees?
The 11th Doctor had hands down the best last words out of all the Doctors.
Moffats strength were definitely the speaches, its a shame he couldn't keep the same quality for the rest of it.

Matt Smith's regeneration speech is just the best and most emotional speech I've ever heard and having watched various reaction videos of all these speeches the only one that I saw to make every single watcher and me cry was his regeneration speech as he encapsulates perfectly all his previous lives and shows he remembers and will never forget every incarnation.......MATT SMITH IS THE BEST!!!!

Well the speeches of Capaldi have more meaning to it. They are less epic but they have a lot more meaning to it.
Same year, I prefer the Capaldi speeches. Don't be mistaken I love them all (He's the Doctor...duh). It is just that the speeches of Capaldi makes the experiences of the doctor on war, so ...excruciating. Enough to make you feel the dread, the pain burn your own skin. But at the end, shows what is worth clinging on. Not pain, not despair but hope. Cling on hope and become a better person. Even if what you do is tiny. Even if it cannot last long enough. Do it because is the right thing to do.

Capaldi's "Zygon Inversion" speech is unbelievably good. When he shouts out "How much blood will spill until everybody does what they were always going to have to do from the very beginning: SIT DOWN AND TALK!" it gives me chills every time.
There is genuine rage in those final four words.
This is the exact reason why Chris Chibnall and Jodie Whitaker need to be fired instantly but we all know they never ever will be. These kind of speeches are what makes Doctor Who powerful, it makes you think and it gives you a deeper insight into the Doctor as a character, there's literally nothing like this with Chris and Jodie, its just whatever shit they come up with

1318Snake I know he regenerated. Not disputing that 😂 Like I said, I'm aware of the meta crisis regeneration. 😂 My point is that he was still the same Doctor. He used a regeneration from the set of limited regenerations that time lord's have. I've seen that episode . But, even though he regenerated, he's still the 11th doctor as he was the same person? Same personality, same physical appearance, same mannerisms, same quirks same everything and so the logical conclusion is same doctor?
The sad thing about Capaldi’s Doctor, he knows he saved the Time Lords and that they are still alive but he still thinks he killed them a long time ago.

Personally, I Prefer the 'laws of time' and 'not fair' speeches. Because it's good to hear the doctor talking about what he have lived and how it make him who he is, but it's beyond great to see that he is not perfect, he make mistakes and these two speeches show how much his emotional baggage can affect him. It's remind me of the spiderman comic about the rhino once he stopped being a villain and Peter saying that just once, he want to see a true happy ending.
