Doesn’t protection only prevent your opponents from targeting that permanent, not yourself? I think shroud prevents any player (including its controller) from targeting that permanent.

I am probably just now noticing how good the background lighting is at setting such a comfy color tone. It looks fantastic! Jacob is one of my favorite recurring guests you all have on the show. His Koma, Cosmos Serpent deck inspired me to build one and torture my play group with it countless times since Kaldheim. Thanks for the awesome and chill content!

Was only half paying attention so I'm not sure what he was referring to here, but Claire D'Loon's effect and tokens being considered non-token are very different effects. At first glance they may seem similar but they would play very very different.

Mechanics question: Equipping Sword of Hearth and Home gives Protection from white, wouldn't this unequip the Lion Sash as it is a white equipment at the time? Just like it'd kick off an aura?

Such Auras attached to the permanent or player with protection will be put into their owners’ graveyards as a state-based action. (See rule 704, “State-Based Actions.”) 702.16d A permanent with protection can’t be equipped by Equipment that have the stated quality or fortified by Fortifications that have the stated quality. Such Equipment or Fortifications become unattached from that permanent as a state-based action, but remain on the battlefield. (See rule 704, “State-Based Actions.”) small oversight, protection from "x" is a pain at the best of times awesome game otherwise though.

Each player is (secretly) assigned which other player to king make. The player who gets their king to win, is the actual winner of the episode. So kind of like two winners.

I hate to be that guy... But shouldn't the lions sash have fallen off Arna with the swords? It's protection from white and Lion Sash is white.. Boots also should have fallen off with Truth and Justice... Probably got distracted by the hilariousness of the multi boots abd ward basically infinity.. but would probably have been a pretty large change in the game.

I find Brian fiddling with his cards kind of relaxing honestly. It's like the white noise of magic. EDIT: Also Jarvis 100% being an example of what it looks like to be way too nice in commander. Durdling around and not really doing anything just made it very clear early on that without a vandalblast and probably also board wipe Olivia just wins.
I hd genuinely not realised how loud Brian's card flipping is until Olivia took the cards out of his hands at 37:05 and there was blessed silence for 2 seconds.
The swords are tricky in Arna since it kind of shuts down certain colored equipment/aura's but I can see why Brian chose the ones he did with the lack of green so that's your ramp piece with hearth and home and truth and justice sounds banana's if it gets going with arna and feast and famine is just the best sword and there aren't nearly as many good black equipment/aura's so the color protection matters less.
I feel like I'm missing something but why does the sword of truth and justice not unequip the shoes and the sash from Olivia's commander cause it gives protection from both Blue and White

regarding the card that makes tokens into cards at 54:00 there is an acorn symbol card called claire d'loon from unfinity wich is part of a very funny but silver bordered combo where you win with the actual exodia. it uses Applejack to make the exodia pieces into tokens, claire d'lune to be able to bounce them and as a commander you play chulane to make it even remotley viable (and to bounce the pieces). you use the R&D Secret Lair land so you "play cards as written" to then win by exodias effect. It's bad but so good.

Rith is my favorite commander so I love when it's played especially with a theme. Mine is old bordered only!
