That was the truest commander game of all time in a sense. It was just sluggish enough, the boards were chaotic with a bunch of random items serving as tokens and copies and the politics were reduced at please don't kill me most of the time XD. It's great to see that one camera once in a while

I think the strongest aspect of this show is not only the very "friends at home game play and how everyone is trying to have fun more than win" but the stories between the guests and the hosts... it brings a campfire vibe that is damn cozy.

So I've been on a Magic Commander binge starting with Commander at Home because Jarvis had a Sad Boyz podcast episode with Ify where they talked about their personal MtG renaissance and how there are so many Commander channels doing videos of games. And now Jarvis is on here, so I guess that's come full circle
I love the fact that I play commander with my friends Wednesday nights and that I get to watch what feels like the friends I’ve never met enjoy a game as well.
Using those photo cards of real persons as tokens has a rather bitter taste of objectification to it, especially considering all the abuse and exploitation which is not uncommon for K-Pop industry. Not too cool gimmick.
I love your intro to the show. Seeing all the other creators and knowing you are all friends shows how tightnit the community is. At the end of the day it is a business, but you all appear to help each other as well. If I didn't know who you all were, it'd look like a house party with a bunch of friends. But it appears genuine and I believe it.
I've never played MTG once in my life, but I really like this channel and the vibe of every episode, MTG Commander seems fun (and complex) with every group they make in the show

Olivia if you want a super-powered vehicles deck I highly recommend mishra from the brother’s war precon. Cloning the vehicles is awesome and my friend absolutely destroyed me with it!

This is my first commander video on this channel so please forgive me if im misreading the room, but is Olivia not having fun here? Everytime her turn came up the room got silent and kinda tense? I definitely noticed like 2/3 of the others were constantly trying to tell her how to play and acting like she doesnt know what shes doing so that definitely can be it. Idk I felt like she wasnt enjoying herself 😕
Brian, my first paper commander Deck is also that Omnath. My restriction however was despite _very_ few cards, all cards must have 3 differently colored mana pips at least, instead of your "no generic mana" restriction. If possible, I think you should add Sensei's divining top to that deck, I didn't due to cost reasons, but I also don't have a great manabase for the requirements... anyways, cards like Soul of Windgrace are incredible in that deck, and it's something I think you should definitely think about adding, especially if you have some fetches in there!

Another fantastic episode! So happy Olvia one! To share my own mistake from deck building, my first edh deck gad 22 lands. It was Melek, and I didnt have a lot rocks either, just sol ring, izzet signet, and clue stone 🙃

Oh my god, I just put together a deck that produces soldiers and I was toying with the idea of using extra SKZ photocards as the tokens. I think I have to do it now.
Olivia is the queen of deflection. I have watched countless hours of her across SO MANY shows and OFTEN that BUT WHY gets her away from damage. So much so, that I have started doing it in my games. Muhahahaha

I wanted to make an omnath deck like that. I just haven't gotten to it. I'm glad to see similar ideas being played by some of my favorite content creators.
