If anyone is interested, 17:05 is where he mentions the hydrogen peroxide forming as a result of the honey heating up. Videos like this make me really appreciate the ones that are succinct and to the point. I was originally interested in what hydrogen peroxide had to do with honey, but had to endure over 17 minutes of unrelated content (relative to me). I'm sure regular viewers liked the whole thing though.
My channel is primarily about honey bee rescues, however, I have many interests, and those interests do make me deviate from the primary. I appreciate you muddling through the video to learn what you were looking for, and at the same time, I hope you came away with something unexpected. God's peace Rick. Mr. Ed
"Sugared" honey is what we called it. My mamaw and papaw always had a big vegetable garden with several rows of sunflower for winter birds and a large fruit orchard. Fence rows were left for blackberries to propagate for harvest. Milkweed, thistle and goldenrod were left in the pasture fringes. One of their neighbors kept honeybees. Every year he'd "tithe" (that's what he said) 4-6 quarts of honey to them as a share of his honey harvest. There was always crystallized honey in the pantry at their house. Mamaw made wonderful big fluffy biscuit and I loved the "sugared" honey on her buttered biscuits. We churned the butter in 1/2 gallon mason jars while we visited in the front room where the potbelly stove was. 60+year memories. There may even be some in the cellar at my mother's today. I'm gonna see next time I go for a visit. Probably have to chisel it out by now. :-) Thanks for bringing this video.
As a kid growing up on a farm in the early 60's 30 miles below New Orleans, I as very familiar with the bounty of nature, and the wonders of what was in the pantry. Unfortunately, we never had the pleasure of raw honey, but there was never a shortage of seafood or fresh fruits and vegetables. The good thing about going back and finding that honey, it still will be good even if you have to use a chisel to get at it. God's peace Gerard. Mr. Ed
Hi Jeff, Happy Friday. You got cleaned up real nice. My hubby shaved his head bald the other day as well. Looks like Ripley from the Aliens movies ! Glad to see such beautiful country. And you fould your queen. Thank you Jesus. We are still "in house" till May 25 now. Hope all is well down there and that you are doing good too.
Dear Mr. Ed, you are truly an inspiration, not only your love for your bees, but your warm heart, your passion for helping others, and how you present yourself. I've been watching your video's for over three years now. They have helped me deal with depression and settling my mind. By what you show, and how you show it, by making us all feel part of what you do, you are truly making this a better world. So thank you for yet another year of great video's. Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and loving new year to you and those you love.
Thank you so much for your very kind words Jay, and I'm happy to hear that by watching my videos your sufferings are lessened. It gives me great pleasure to share the joy I have in my heart which I express in my videos and my love for bees. I wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year as well. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
I sooo love honey when it gets older and granular. Crunchy honey! You got some you don't want to mess with this old disabled nurse would be proud to have your left overs! You already sent me a jar a few years ago out of the goodness of your heart. I haven't forgotten your kindness. It's rare in this world, so it's great to know people like you exist!
It was the first I had heard of it as well, that's one of the reasons I stated it. It just so disappointing that I found out about the hydrogen peroxide in honey from the Dirt Rooster. God's peace Doc. Mr. Ed
So glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching. By the way, I post a new video every Friday in case you are interested in watching. God's peace Rey. Mr. Ed
Phil, I'm glad you got to watch this one, I was thinking of you as I was demonstrating the lift and kettle.....maybe something for you to consider. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones as well. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
I love that old building. I can’t wait to move my boxes in the corner you’re giving me. You won’t even notice them. They are just as airy as the building. Nice video on decrystallizing honey. I’m about to finish off the monk bread you gave me with some crystallized honey.
I like it chrysialized and it was very nice of Mr. Ed to offer you a storage space in the new building. Maybe he IS mellowing out a litt..........................nah!
Don't get me wrong, I'd be more than happy to give you a corner of the building to store your boxes, my biggest concern is that I don't want to bring anymore termite in the building, there's plenty enough of them already. Once you get that little problem straightened out, we can talk about it. I guess it's true what you said in your last video, you've still got everything anyones ever given you. If you still have some of that monk bread I gave you at the beginning of December, it's got to have more green on it than your Christmas tree. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Although I don't indulge in PAGANISM HOLIDAY'S, I still enjoy yr videos, I'm a nature person and I love Bees, always have sense I was a kid, I've been fascinated with them, and yr KNOWLEDGE of showing them love, keeps my heart warm, ty Mr. Ed
Biochemist here! You did a fantastic job explaining the whole of glucose oxidase, Mr.Ed! The interesting thing is that the enzyme is inactive when the honey is very viscous. But when you warm it up or dilute it slightly with water to make it more flowing, that’s when the enzyme can really be freely flowing and is able to convert water to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Woo! :)
Thank you for that info, I will use it in the future. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my over 450 bee wrangling/ bee rescue adventure videos and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video almost every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Ed I genuinely love your channel. My mental health hasn’t been great throughout the covid lockdown here and you really do help take my mind off things. So thank you 🤍
So happy to hear my videos bring you shelter in the storm, thanks so much for watching, and I will be making more. Stay safe, God's peace Lizzie. Mr. Ed
We're a family out here. Rarely any harsh criticisms, and always helping out and learning from one another. So many times I get "lost" in the bees. It's mesmerizing. Theraputic in alot of ways. Like staring into a campfire.
That is what they use in honey patches for burns, rashes and other abrasions. It works like magic. Peroxide has been used for cleaning wounds since the Egyptians.
@@JeffHorchoff It's not hydrogen peroxide you're eating Ed its just aerated honey. Try tasting H2O2 next time you get some from your pharmacy; it wont taste sweet.
@@Brigidz Honey naturally produces hydrogen peroxide when honey is mixed with water and then heated. Imagine you are a bee and somehow water leaks into your hive and gets on the honey. That honey would spoil into a toxic sludge and the bees wouldn't be able to do anything with it. They would have to relocate their entire colony. If you are a bee and produce and enzyme to add to your honey so if your honey gets wet and then hot from the heat produced by the bees themselves the honey wont spoil you'll have a much better chance at survival. So to recap that is absolutely hydrogen peroxide being produced from the honey and you shouldn't talk about things you know nothing about.
@@Typhus-th6ud What you've written is incorrect. I'd like you to give Jeff more credit. He wouldn't allow his hives to get so wet the honey turned into toxic sludge. It seems your knowledge of honey production is as lacking as your knowledge of basic chemistry is
I have watched the rooster go into his memory bank and when he comes out with it I know he’s telling the truth without even researching it yet. He doesn’t blurt something out he pulls it out and delivers it to in great detail. I know you love the rooster just like I do and you two do wonderful things I appreciate both of you very much.
Thanks so much for your kind words concerning myself and the Rooster. We are great friends and both of us love sharing our experiences and knowledge concerning bees. God's peace David. Mr. Ed
I'm very happy to share my knowledge on bees and bee keeping, I'm very happy to hear you have found it useful. Thank you for your blessings and for watching, it is greatly appreciated. Also, I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Jeff. Mr. Ed
I definitely would not go that far, but I do like to think I give the Rooster a run for his money. Glad you enjoyed the video, and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones as well. God's peace. Mr. Ed
I have to keep the windows open when I use the kettle to get fresh air in the building, and even though there are screes on the windows, bees still manage to get inside. If you noticed, I closed the lid of the kettle as I was taking the honey out so no bees wound up in there. Till next year, God's peace JP. Mr. Ed
Thank you for the well wishes Jeremy, they are greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas and HappyNew year to you and your loved ones as well. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Awesome video! thank you. You need a kayak paddle to stir the honey. And for bottling attach a hose to fill the bottles so then you won't need to fill a bucket and transfer. Thank you, Mr. Ed for your time, energy, and blessings. Someday I would love to visit the gift shop.
I now have a stainless steel paddle I use to stir the honey in the kettle as well as a honey pump to move the honey from the kettle to the bottler. I'm always trying to improve and make my job easier. When you finally do get to make it to our Gift Shop, I'd happily include a tour of our honey operation as well. Thank you for your blessing and for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
I've just got the one hive, way up here in Maine, but they're happy bees, and my little ones are always excited to see what they're up to. I can't imagine having as many hives as you do! Magnificent work.
As a keeper of bees where there is more cold weather than hot, I have a deep respect for you. Now way I could keep bees where there's snow on the ground for more than 1 day every 10 years. Thanks so much for watching and being a bee keeper. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff that's awfully kind of you to say. They get hay bales windbreaks for the winter, and that seems to make all the difference, but I've certainly had winters when the bees don't survive, and I have to start over. It's disappointing when that happens, but start over I do. These made it through, but we had a comparatively mild winter, so I don't know that it means they're particularly hardy.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! We stayed fairly warm down here in central Florida. I think the coldest it’s been so far this winter is 1 day where the high was in the upper 50’s. But we had a warm holiday, much to my disappointment. It just doesn’t seem right to need AC on Christmas! Thank you for sharing how you decrystallize your honey. My hubby, who kept bees as a child, taught me how to decrystallize our bought honey years ago. I remember the first time I saw it hard as a rock. I thought it had “gone bad.” You can imagine the education I then received from my husband about honey, it’s properties, and how it doesn’t “go bad.” I also have learned the miracle of medical honey. I was diagnosed with Lupus at 16 (45 now), and since that age have been on a drug called prednisone. It has saved my life several times but the side effects can be harsh, and one includes thinning of skin. I now have skin that tears very easily. We use medi-honey all the time and it has become another lifesaver. It amazes me how these small creatures are now saving my life, my skin, every day. They are miraculous. I love watching videos that continue to educate me about them! Thank you! 🐝🐝🐝
I'm so glad to hear how the medi-honey is beneficial for you Diane. There seem to be no limits on the benefits humans receive from the simple honey bee, which is one of the reasons I expend such efforts to rescue them. I will add your name to my prayer list, and I am sorry to hear of your condition. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones as well. God's peace. Mr. Ed

You, my online friend, are a sheer delight to watch! You are clearly blessed by the grace of God. Thank you for sharing your delightful energy and interesting information. Bless you.
Hi Jeff. I love hearing you say how cold it is at Christmas down there! Forty degrees! LOL Up here in North Dakota, 40F at Christmas is considered 'sun tanning' weather! We're blessed with piles of snow in the parking lots all the way into early May in some years... I feel your pain! LOL
I am known to be quite the complainer when the temps drop below 60, so glad to hear you can feel my pain. By the way, I was told that folks up North, anything north of Interstate 10, have ice water running in their veins and that's why cold weather does not bother them. Is that really true? God's peace Larry. Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff Actually Jeff, cold doesn't seem to bother anyone up here... We all start complaining about the heat when it gets over 80F. One other thing....they switch out the after dinner mints in restaurants for Prozac in the winter! Clinical depression and binge drinking are a curse with this northern society, constant monochrome landscape of the American tundra 5+ months wears on peoples psyche. Strange place when people wear wool long-johns to bed at night! LOL Blessings to you Jeff
@@fuzzball57 Truly, I'm grateful to live in Southeast Louisiana. No matter where one resides, there are always conditions that wear on the psyche of a person. The struggle is finding peace, without the use of medication or alcohol, regardless of conditions. This challenge is where life is really lived.....or not. It sounds as if you have found that peace Larry, and I am happy for you. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Those barrels are reasonably heat proof, thus you could use a warming jacket to warm your honey up gently over a period of a day, that would save you moving around.
Hi Jeff, maybe a honey pump would be a good invest for you to get it from the kettle into the bottler. It also has the ability to crush the crystals while pumping. And thank you for the peroxide info. Absolutely interesting and helpful.
I just purchased a honey pump to move honey for me in a few different places, this is one of the places it will be use at. Thank you for your suggestion and for watching. I certainly hope to hear from you again, until then, God's peace. Mr. Ed
Awesome 👍👍👍Thanks for sharing. It was the night before Christmas and all through the Abbey not even a mouse made a sound except the bees in the hives going buzz buzz buzz and Jeff in his bed dreaming of honey plums and all the bee wrangling he will be doing in 2020. LOL Happy New Year to you Jeff

I had Manuka honey gauze dressings on a large post operative scar, that had become infected. Repaired/treated my scar perfectly. Thanks once again to the Bees.

That building need to be tore down, and rebuilt. Look at all the holes I couldn't even use it as a storage shed! I just feed it back to my BEES ; ) They love it, or cook with it. They claim honey NEVER SPOILS ! I never seen spoiled honey! Seen it water down to much, crystallized, and dirty with bug parts > but never spoiled ! Used honey on cuts too, make it heal FASTER! Happy New Years!
You jus made everyone envious of your setup, that is very nice! Great video, I am also feeding my bees pollen, these warm days they are on it like crazy! Spring is not that far away can’t wait!
My intent is not to make others envious, rather simply show what someone considering stepping up their operation should be considering. I have always been fascinated by industrial equipment, and derive a lot of enjoyment implementing and using it to do a job. I started my obsession with wood working equipment, and it has now moved over to bee keeping. I looked at my pollen feeder about an hour ago and there were several hundred bees feeding. We are only weeks away from the first blooms of Swamp Maple and willow. Like you, I can/t wait. God's peace Joe. Mr. Ed
This must bee the first video you watched. What I have learned since making this video is hydrogen peroxide is in the chemical equation of honey, not the foam that appears on the surface, though it's in that as well since that is honey too. See, I learned something as well. Thanks for watching. God's peace Elle. Mr. Ed
Always looking forward to watching your videos. May Gods grace be on you an yours through out the coming year brother. Wandering how you got Mr Ed from Jeff?
The name "Mr. Ed" was the name given to me when I first started working at the Post Office 38 years ago. When I retired after 27 years, I liked it so much, I continued to call myself that. Then, when I started my TH-cam channel, that's what I decided to call myself. Thank you for your blessing and I hope the same for you and your loved ones as well. God's peace Mark. Mr. Ed
Hello there Mr. Ed. Thank you very much for sharing this. I especially loved to see the bees working away at the end. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Wishing you a great New Year. God bless.
You really need a barrel lift that keeps the barrel vertical angle constant as you lift/lower it. Of course, you still need a vertical tilt control for use when the barrel is at the desired height.
Your blessing and kind words are greatly appreciated Mac, thank you.And thanks for taking all the time to follow along with my wrangling adventures. Looking forward to sharing a lot more next year, and I hope you will be watching. Happy New Year and God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Jeff - I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for taking the time to do all your videos throughout the year. I have been doing bees for over 10 years, but I always find your videos both informative and entertaining. I know the effort it takes to make a single you tube video so your effort is commendable. The love you have for beekeeping is infectious and comes across every video you do. Keep up the great work. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year!! God Bless!!

WOW I'm always amazed at those little but mighty creatures. My honey that I buy from a local farm always has the foam on top as well. To me it taste stronger in flavor. I like it very much. Since I don't use processed sugar in my food I use honey.. It sweetens everything you would normally use granulated sugar for. You have to remember to use hot tea to dissolve the honey before making sweet tea for ice tea, because honey doesn't like cold. It will take an eternity or longer to dissolve. Then all you do is add it to your iced tea. Thank you for your Merry Christmas wish Jeff and New Year too. I wish you and Mom the same Happy New Year as well. I'll be watching to see what's new in the coming year. Hopefully more of you and Randy. Maybe J.P., Schawee, and Yappy? Surprise us.

mark harris I thought the same thing! My grandparents had a dairy farm and the milk would go into a big tank until the diary came and got it. There was a huge paddle in the tank constantly stirring the milk so that the cream doesn’t separate from the milk.
I did consider using a crawfish paddle to stir the mixture, but decided on a straight stick because of less resistance initially. Thank you for your blessing and well wishes for the next year. I hope and pray for your continued recovery and a full healing for the new year. God's peace Mark. Mr. Ed
Yes you could. I tell folks to put the glass jar in a pot of water filled to about 3/4 the way up the jar. Then, place the pot on your stove, turn on the heat, and as soon as the small bubbles start to form on the bottom of the pot, turn the heat off. Leave the jar in the hot water, and by the time the water reaches room temperature again, the honey is back in it's liquid state. God's peace. Mr. Ed
17:09 is where you will find a reference to the hydrogen peroxide
That's correct, I looked it up in medpub

Philip Gibbs If you don’t see value in other parts of this video then you might as well go and better watch something else on the net.

Woo! :)

That is what they use in honey patches for burns, rashes and other abrasions. It works like magic. Peroxide has been used for cleaning wounds since the Egyptians.
And now I eat it because it tastes so good. God's peace JJ.
Mr. Ed

I really don't think when the monks started with the bees they had the notion of selling it in the gift shop, I think they wanted it primarily for their table. Well surprise, surprise, God has blessed the program, and it is flourishing. I can tell you this much, I'm happy to be doing my part, and grateful the bees are doing theirs. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
I have to stir too but use a cordless drill and a paint stirrer.
Works nicely.
Does it put more air in the honey than stirring slowly? And at what speed are you spinning the blade? Thanks, and God's peace Mike.
Mr. Ed
Happy New Year to you, Jeff. Another nice video. Learned a lot from you, thanks a bunch.
And a very blessed new year to you and yours as well Bert. I'm delighted that you learn from the videos as well as enjoying them, thank you so much for taking the time to watch. Until the next one, God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
I've gave a few people some of my raw organic honey for mrsa also known as staphylococcus infection and in 2 days it helped more than 2 weeks of man made chemicals.
Its really amazing what honey can do.
darknature79: Thank you for sharing that. I know of one person who is just getting over MRSA. It's a real killer diller and I will tell him about the honey.
Excellent as always......it must be Friday......Perfect Timing as we're doing the same thing 😁
Next time you need to de crystalize your honey, take a road trip with it and we can do it here at the abbey. God's peace Mick.
Mr. Ed
Enjoyed the video Jeff. That was interesting about the hydrogen peroxide. Hope y'all had a blessed Christmas and I wish y'all a blessed New Year from North Carolina.

Cool video. Always enjoy productions from the Studio Bee Stainless Palace and seeing the giant Smurf arm in action. Looks like you are going to take the place over before long. lol You could bottle that peroxide as hair conditioner and you'd have a bunch of blonde monks. lol Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Mr. Ed.
I have not seen any new updates on the house since it was closed in, how much longer before you move in? I hope you guys had a great Christmas, and may you be blessed abundantly in the new year! God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Jeff Horchoff Bees they should be done March timeframe. They are waiting on inspections for the plumbing and electrical this week and then they will start insulation. They should start rock and brick pretty soon too. Have an awesome 2020 👍👍😂😂.

Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year! Great vid & always love the DirtRooster digs! And his on you! Oh, and that's one great beard. Don't lose it!
Jeff fm Woodbridge, Va.
And a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones as well Jeff! I have to admit, I do love trash talking the Rooster, it's just a lot of fun. The beard shows up right after our first cold front moves through, and leaves when the weather starts staying above 80 degrees. I do like wearing it in the winter, it really keeps my face warm. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
I'm new to the channel. I love it.the best part was the moment you said it's time for Mass.
Welcome aboard, I'm glad you are here! I'm very blessed, I get to attend mass every day, pray with the monks twice a day, and wrangle bees. I wish everyone had such a good life. Looking forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace John.

Hi guys.
Thanks for your videos.
It is such a plessure to watch you guys work and your humility and gratefulness is a great reminder.
💖💖💖
Thank you very much for your kind words. Posting these videos is a real joy for me, and receiving comments like yours affirm why I do it. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Daniela.
Mr. Ed
For me, bees are just another definitive proof of God, they are simply amazing creatures. It's profound that such a small creature carries the responsible of sustaining our species by the work it does. I'm hoping for many collaborations next year, and all the folks you mentioned are all in favor of exactly that happening. We shall see. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones as well Cheryl. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff I'm not a believer, but I can see that spirituality is very important to you in ways I'm not sure I'd experience. I really love the videos, I find them interesting and therapeutic. Wishing you the best!
Isn't it amazing bees working together one at a time, one flower at a time.
Just another one of God's perfect creations. Thanks for watching. God's peace James.
Mr. Ed
Very interesting. Didn't know about the production of hydrogen peroxide. Love the barrel lifter. Hope you had a blessed Christmas, and best wishes for a Happy, Healthy, New Year!
And very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones as well! Bees, and what they do for us, are just to cool! God's peace brother.

I love watching your videos. You seem to really love what you do.
Thanks so much for all the time you have spent watching my bee wrangling adventures, your gift is greatly appreciated. I do love being a bee wrangler, and love more sharing the experiences. Till the next one, God's peace Thom.
Mr. Ed
You we're on my feed and I'm glad I watched! I love to try honey from different places, my daughter brought me back honey from Germany, it was light in color and very fluid and delicious.
I was also gifted a jar of unusual tasting Leather Wood honey from Tasmania, Australia. It had a spicey taste, and the 17.5oz cost $20- but it was so good!!😋 🤗💗🍯🐝
Well, I do sell the honey, and if you'd like to buy some of our Abbey Honey, I'd be more than happy to send you some. The cost is $9.00 for a one pound, plastic bottle, and $8.00 for shipping. If you want more than one bottle, the shipping cost is still $8.00 for up to 4 bottles, but each bottle is still $9.00. As soon as I get your check, I will send it out. Make the check out to St. Joseph Abbey but send the letter to:

If you'd like, I'll even sign the bottle. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks for watching. God's peace Dora.

love the cool building. maybe get some spray foam from homedepot to fill those cracks up?
We are working up a punch list on the building right now. It's a great building that need a bit of attention. God's peace Joseph.
Mr. Ed
You are such a joy to watch. Love the old building, it has true charm. Happy New Year and God bless.
Thank you for your blessing, kind words, and for your new year wishes as well. I hope you and your loved ones have a blessed new year as well. I'm looking forward to hearing from you all through the year, God's peace Chrissy.
Mr. Ed
Mr. Ed, I'm very grateful for your videos and I've been learning a lot from them. I would like to know...
when you are going to capture a swarm and have no power to turn on the vacuum ... how do you do?
And I am grateful that you take the time to watch Eduardo, thank you very much. I have a vacuum that is battery operated and it works very well vacuuming bees. I have used that vacuum in several videos and I take it with me every time because I will use it to vacuum any bees that are left behind after a removal. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoffI didn't have much success with catches without the vacuum.
I saw your video explaining how to make a vacuum box ... and i did...could you make a video showing how is this battery that uses for the vacuum cleaner and the lights?
I would be very grateful for that.
The next time I use the vac, I will give a detailed description of it. If you go to If you go to allmybees.com you can find out all about it, that's where I got it from. God's peace Eduardo.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff I am from Brazil and we beekeepers have to create tools for our work, because importing is very expensive ... but this product I liked a lot.
I already learned a lot from your videos,
and I really like your sense of humor ... God bless you
Mr. Ed...thank you so much.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you Mr Ed!! As always I've learned something new and miraculous from watching your video! Thank you and God Bless you and yours!
Thank you for your blessings, and I wish you and yours a joyous Christmas and a Happy New year as well. God's peace Mary.
Mr. Ed
Dear Mr. Ed, first I love your smile :-) but also your explanations though I don't understand all. The honey looks great.
Because I smile so much, I have permanent smile marks on my face.So glad to have you following along, and I have to say, the honey IS VERY good. Stay safe, God's peace Beate.
Mr. Ed
I am sure THAT the honey IS GOOD!!! If it weren't for the long way from America to Germany, I would order honey from you. That's also for sure :-) Another Thing - may I say Jeff instead of Mr. Ed. It's not right to talk to you in another person's Name, I think. Also I saw some comments where the People talk to you as Jeff. It's not more than right. Of Course, it's up to you but I don't think that you have to hide yourself. I guess "Mr. Ed" is your brand, isn't it?
Hey Jeff, good to 'visit' with you again thru your great videos. I know that in the past, I have seen a paddle/stirring affair that is made for those commercial type pots/cookers/vessels. I'm sure you could find a used one at a good restaurant supply company. Those big dough mixers use a similar paddle attachment. Might be worth looking into.
God bless you and I pray you have a great year ahead.
mark harris I thought the same thing!
Mr. Ed
Could you do the same with a jar in a heated water bath? Thanks for the videos Mr Ed
