I've worked as a Drug Safety Analyst for 6 years and I agree with all your points. Our job is to pick adverse events or adverse drug reaction from reports, draft a chronological narrative, give the causality and labelling for the drug. Then it would move on to medical reviewers (Doctors) who will give a final medical summary of the overall report which will be submitted to the respective stakeholders like FDA and EMA etc.

Keep up the good work as this to me is one of the most important areas in terms of both safe and effective drugs being marketed globally. I work in IT however I am a Neuroscientist by training. Again please post more videos as Safety is such an important area of the pharma industry.
