    I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made your tofu scramble in the past couple of months. It’s my empty the fridge scramble. Different every time. I use it as a base for so many different meals.

    Just made this, it was so good and very filling for a small amount of food. Added mushrooms, black beans and red onion with the other ingredients. Thanks for a great recipe.

    Oh, avocado or guacamole would be great on top of the tacos. and/or a little cashew crema. My mouth is watering!
    I also recommend purchasing silicon mats to fit your baking sheets. Saves some paper. Thanks folks.

    Great recipe! I've done tofu scramble a million times with kala namak and nutritional yeast, but it never occurred to me to add beans and veggies! Awesome!

    Delicious!!! I used frozen hashbrowns, frozen chopped kale, chopped onions and bell peppers, and added chili pepper seasoning and black beans. I baked at 375 for 30 minutes to make sure the frozen items were cooked well. I will definitely make this again. Nice versatile recipe.

    Thx for this idea! Will try when weather cools off some...mid-90s everyday here. I use the oven sparingly in summer...we ate the stove variety of tofu scramble this morn'g, but I am going to try this, FER SURE. Maybe for our 2nd meal of the day. If I do it for brkfst, instead of beans I use a homemade vegan "soy"sage in it. Y'all are so cute together. Luv the practical side, esp! (Never throw away a sheet pan, yes! What's parchment for, lol).

    I was looking for some guidance on adding potato to scrambled tofu, and this sounds fantastic, especially since it's even in the oven and not the stove.
    Also, on sheet pans - I once lived with a family member whose partner thought they should be washed every time and there was no need to line them. I think that was only because I was doing the dishes though 😂

    I always make mine on the stove and stir in onions, peppers, jalepeno, spinach and halved grape tomatoes. But I will definitely try your version to get a crispier texture. Thanks!

    Yum!! I just made this!! I put zucchini, and a whole onion in it as well. The only seasonings I used were taco seasoning, tumeric and black salt. And I topped it with buffalo sauce. This recipe is going to be added to my regular meals!

    Hello, I just found your channel on my wellness journey and never thought I would try tofu until I seen your videos! Can you recommend an alternative to the nutritional yeast please it is not recommended that I use it as I am allergic to yeast.

    I am the only person in my house that is WFPB so I decide to take the tofu, peppers and black beans to be the base for 2 meals. I split the tofu, peppers and beans onto 2 sheet pans then to the 1 added the rest of the tofu scramble ingredients. Then on the other pan I added rice cauliflower, brown rice, corn, mushrooms and a few more peppers with southwest seasonings. Baked both at the same time. So now I have prepped tofu scramble & the start to a mexican bowl and I only need to add salsa and greens to it.

    Thank you for the recipe. I have just made the scramble for lunch. It WAS delicious. It might have fed four people, but in our case, two people devoured it in no time!

      @@WellYourWorld Well, I made it today and my husband loved it! I liked it as well. (Switched to WFBP SOS Free 2 years ago and am still waiting for my taste buds to acclimate to this way of eating, but so far, the food is not very exciting to me, but I keep eating this way for my health. We both have lost the equivalent of my current weight which is an ideal BMI, first time ever in my life, and we feel so much better!) I did add a little diced red onion, 3/4 of a jalapeno, diced, and about 4 button mushrooms chopped. I will be adding this to my rotation.

    Just made this, first tofu scramble ever…..so so good. If you’re hesitant, don’t be, absolutely delicious! My non vegan husband even thought it was good 😊

      That is so wonderful to hear! We are able to find plenty of sos free tortillas here in AZ. Guerrero is a great brand. We used the WYW Sriracha as salsa!

    BLEW my mind when you tossed those tortillas on top of the baking scramble! I almost spit out my wine! And Reebs classic “…I’m talking to you Dill”. Hahaha. Thanks for the idea for breakfast scramble- this is the best and easiest looking recipe. I’m using up my current nooch and you are correct, YOURS is the least expensive for the quantity and quality. I will be ordering yours on my next nooch need.

    I used to make tofu scramble in a skillet on the stove using that three letter word OIL.... Not anymore.. This sheet pan tofu scramble is the best and its great for breakfast burritos.
