I've made these 3 times already!!! I use different spices each time, and mix them with rice, sort of a dirty rice!! Thank you sooooo much!!

Great video. I like your take on the meatless meat loaf cups what I have done with a similar recipe is to add cooked buckwheat. It gives a nutty flavor and the sticking quality is excellent.

I have been toying with restarting my plant based journey. I was totally plant based for about 5 years and then something happened and it has been so hard for me to get back to it. I know its the best way to go for my health. Anyway, I really love your videos! You are so fun. Can't wait to binge some more!

Thank you for another wonderful video! This weekend I'm making a "Tortilla press" and I'm going to go back and re-watch your Homemade tortillas video where you made 3 versions of the corn masa mix with different seasonings in each one. Can't wait to try....thanks for all the hard work you do, creating the videos and the editing, uploading, etc!

This vid couldn't have come at a better time. I've returned to vegan eating after a stroke in January and I like making good-sized batches of WFPB things so I can pull a few pyrex dishes out of the fridge when I'm hungry and have a ready-made meal. Just got my copy of Starch Sol'n today! Many thanks to you two for your efforts.

Yes to the poultry seasoning. My son called me recently to say that he can't get the good taste in his meat balls (meatloaf) that I had. When I told him I used poultry seasoning he was surprised. Makes all the difference. This was in the meat eating days, of course.

  • @kathiemott3988

I need to try this version of meatloaf bites from the one I've been making. Except for the onion, a whole different set of ingredients. These look like they stay together. If you haven't done so yet, I would like to see how bagels and cream cheese are done plant based. I miss those. Funny, I don't miss meat, but I miss those. Is it okay to finely chop the mushrooms in a small food processor? For some reason, I have a texture problem with cooked mushrooms that upset my stomach, for some unknown reason. I have found that fine chopping them seems to work for me.
