Thanks so much for sharing this, I have Crohn’s disease diagnosed in 2020, constantly been doing research to heal and just started recording my journey from all research I have learned. This is super helpful Thankyou
Dope man. I watched your journey video. I’m three years deep still under weight having stuck to a strict diet religiously for the last ten months. Starting to relook for other options. I got Crohns, diet is truly trial and error cause I know for me too much green beans or any broccoli at all would flare me up. Love the positivity and your success gives me hope man 💪🏾🙏🏽

How are you now
Thank you so much!
I’m mainly potatos, rice and beans these days too
Potatoes are the best vegetable. So versatile!
You crack me up!
There's always something worth laughing about :)
Did you eat salt during the healing phase as well? Im having SUCH a hard time not eating salt....
Your diamond geezer
Proteins?
How are you able to eat garlic to your diet when you had UC? Isn't garlic bad for UC?
Somethings don't add up really. Leavy or greens for me are antagonistoc for me. Anything spicy or even slightly acidic would mess everything up
Bean would also just cause a serious jumble in the stomach and down from there
