Looking at that lake at the end of day 2 brings back some childhood memories. We lived on Lake Conway in Arkansas. Every Friday night, we’d go down to the dock that had a screened in porch where the men made steaks over an open fire, what they call cowboy style nowadays. It was good times. Thanks for taking us along.

Tortilla pro-tip from a Mexican. You won’t always have a fire going when you eat them, but when you do, warm your tortillas just before eating/filling. Give them just a very light toast in a dry pan or grill grate. Love the vids !!!
