The original vocal for "Uncle Pecos" was performed by George "Shug" Fisher, a member of the famous Sons of the Pioneers. In those days, actors didn't get voice credit on cartoons (unless their name was Mel Blanc...) Slllloppadoodle yellow bug a toodle-olla-diddy an' a rop-bob-bobba-dop, CRAMBONE!! I remember seeing this particular T&J 'toon back in the late 70's and 80's as a kid. Used to run home from school to catch them on TV. My mom got a kick out of hearing Uncle Pecos and his tune. These 'toons had a certain "magical" quality to them and still do. It's good to see people like yourself, keeping the magic alive in a time when apathy, cynicism and unimaginative mentalities are the flavor-of-the-day. Excellent video.
