What's cool about the Xehanort walking through the corridors of darkness scene is that he wrote about the experience in the secret reports. One line in particular i find interesting.."But there, in the Lanes Between, I could feel the force of it-the power-and from then on, I forwent my armor's "protection." " Now we know he forewent it because he got the coat from the MoM!
Looks like you've also been busy with life this year! I feel that my man... Life is rough sometimes... That being said, WELCOME BACK! I missed your content! Glad to have you back! Dark Road was dark af. Darker than UX! Nomura took our jokes about "no one dies in KH", personally. xD But yeah, OOF suddenly Woody's "roast" feels less and less funny... Xehanort did nothing wron- no, actually... he did a LOT wrong. But now we got context on WHY. And that means a lot.
Bro I’m so glad I found a dedicated channel to kh lore. This whole past era really confused me, but the reveal that xigbar was one of the past members peaked my interest in the origins of the first 3 games
Welcome back fam! I hope all is well and I thank you for getting me hooked on your theories and breakdown of the lore. It got me back into the series heavily.
Vidar calls Xehanort “the visitant”, which has two relevant meanings. Either a visitor/guest/temporary resident, or a being from the spirit world. I assume Vidar means the first, but I hate that it could wind up being the second
... Yeah, you pretty overhyped Vidar 😂 Though in all seriousness, out of the uperclassmen, he somehow came across as the least interesting despite getting the most screen time 🤔 probably because he displays any form of personality, especially when compared to someone like Vala. Probably my biggest issue with this game is how most of these new and unique characters are given little to no development at all or even have personality; we barely got to know anything about them, so much so that they barely even qualified as side characters. And then to top it all off they were thrown to wayside by their absurdly quick deaths, four of which apparently by the hands of "Dragon Maleficent"? I just couldn't buy that so many uperclass apprentices could get their asses kicked so easily by a freakin Disney villain. Though after learning that it was Baldr who dealt the killing blows, it makes me wonder if they were actually fighting him the whole time and he just conjured an illusion of Dragon Maleficent or something, or it really was her but he just gave her a huge power up. That's a better explanation than them just being super weak by comparison.
After seeing his sister die, Baldr would be consumed by Darkness, killing the next three upperclassmen. Maleficent most likely left the fight up to him to attend to other matters

As I'm watching I'd like to agree to the Sora's strength feats. Imagine if he'd have actually fought Vanitas in LoD 😂😂 He'd have sent mans running
I was just roaming your channel. So this caught me by surprise. I welcome this surprise.
