that moment when IKEA has better guinea pig items than many pet stores 😂 I love going to stores that aren't even meant to be a pet store but then they still offer us amazing products we can use for our piggies
The same goes for hamster items too. IKEA is awesome!

This video really made my day! My house burnt down in the Colorado fire and I lost my Guinea pigs in the fire. We were not able to retrieve them in time. It’s nice to see your Guinea pigs happy and healthy!

Guinea pigs are some of the cutest animals ever with teaching responsibility, i miss mine but i had to take care of other things which caused me to give them up for adoption but i go see them every once in a while

As someone that is Swedish, it is really funny hearing foreigners pronouncing Ikea items. Plus I didn't know Ikea had such great guinea pig products, might buy some for my piggies!

You made quite the haul from Ikea. The piggies seem to love everything you got. It's fun to see all the piggies trying out the new stuff but Lumi is extra adorable, especially on the blue striped bath mat and the burgundy pillow. But then, Lumi is very cute just sitting in a corner being Lumi.
I hope you have lots of luck finding a new place to live that gives you the space you and the herd need yet is affordable. I also hope your search for a new boar is successful in 2022. Max is a very hard act to follow but think of the fun Gatsby can have teaching a boar his place in the herd and it will give the other girls entertainment when he rumblestruts. I put a dog bed in my guinea pigs’ cage and it is now the new favorite thing. I’ll find them hiding in there under the covered section of their cage just lounging around. Moral of the story is: guinea pigs REALLY like soft beds ^^

owww I love that ramp idea for my parrots :) I've been trying to figure out how to make them a ladder down to the ground for when they try to fly & crash (they're rescues with wing issues, not clipped) & need a way to be able to climb back up into their cage/home. That bath/guinea pig ramp thing would be PERFECT with every second slat removed! Great video :)

The metal hidey with the holes is DEFINITELY dangerous for guinea pigs or other rodent pets. Individually their toes can easily fit into them and should they make a sudden move or be attacked/nudged by another pig while on top, it could result in a broken toe. Cover the holes up always!
you are the only reason I was able to get guinea pigs lol. I got them a few months ago and you are my main source for advice on it. I also as able to get my guinea pigs to trust me super easily which is great because their previous owner was a terrible person :(
Both my girls have died now they were 8 years old and I’ll miss them dearly but your channel always brings me joy though I have no guinea pigs I will continue to watch this channel!

IKEA and thrift stores are my go to places for things to use for my guinea pigs, bunnies, mice and hamsters.

A request that I have for a TikTok or a full video is the “This Little Piggy” poem acted out, each pig walking or standing by props to represent each of the five lines in the poem. (This little piggy went to market. This little piggy stayed home, etc.) Thank you so much for the consideration and have a good “wheek”.
I use large dog pee pads - awesome easy to wash and they absorb very well . Perfect for piggies .
They might get their toes stuck in the holes, so putting a fleeceliner on top of this metal thing is a good idea.

I think this video is my personal heaven… I love ikea so freaking much like there is nothing that makes me happier than a day at ikea, even if I don’t get anything just looking just sends so much serotonin through my brain. And I love Guinea pigs. I have had 4 at this point (2 sets of 2) and I piggysit all the time for my friends and family who also have piggies. This is literally like the perfect video for me! 😭😩❤️

Great tips! I use the lid of the kuggis as a kitchen area for my pigs, so I can swap that out more often. We have a kitchen rack to contain their hay and it holds a water bottle at both ends, I have a small round bath mat for the pigs. And if course we have the duktig doll bed. I put some plastic like paper (the type you put in a closet to line closet shelves) on the bed bottom (so no pee can get in)
I think they like the pillow!👍😅
But my favorite is the ramp!
I could use one of those.

My piggies hide is an upside down melamine ikea pet bed! A cushion fits perfectly on top and it’s my rabbits favourite place to sleep

I know what you mean. I had the last two weeks of 2021 off from work, I planned on spending some of my time shopping and going to the zoo and doing fun stuff, but noooooo we went into lockdown 😖
