can you tell me if is possible connect chest strap heart rate band to this up when i training weight lifting and what about weightlifting it recognize all data for recovery also or only for basic staff like walk and running can do this ring?
Thanks for the review. Have you noticed any difference in the heart rate measurement? I’ve heard that it’s not as accurate as other devices. And what about the M1 sensor? Anything on it? Cheers
What is the sampling rate for heart beat, blood oxygen, HRV, temperature etc. ?? If the sampling rate is 1 time every 15 minutes, it is nearly useless. I believe that a sample rate of 1 time every 30 seconds is the minimum for accurate data.
Waaait a minute... I'd love to see the polls supporting that 12% statistic. I wear an instinct, one of the bulkier smart watches, and in the last 3 years it's only ever come off to be charged, usually while I'm driving. If people didn't wear them to bed, they'd have no sleep data or resting HR data! Otherwise, I love the idea of the in depth metrics. Maybe when the price drops, I'll look into one. Great review!
Yeah I agree, Kelly. I have been wearing smart watches to sleep in for 5+ years. However, they are likely referring to the smartwatch folks and not the GPS watch folks. A lot of people do take their smartwatches off at night to charge them, as battery life on most smartwatches is only 1-3 days.
Thanks for your views on this, I have had mine only 2 weeks and although it’s useful a few things confuse me. I am waiting for the 15 days before I send them a few questions but I am wondering how you find there step tracking? I have connected the ring to Apple health but it still misses several thousand steps a day (yesterday it was 6K!). Have you noticed anything like that? It also tells me to start avoiding bright lights at around 3.30pm - since I am in Australia where our clocks have just gone to Summer time - that is extremely hard! I understand they are using their Temperature Minima readings but I go to bed at around 10 pm so that is much too early! Wondering if you have had any similar experiences?

Thanks
Hey, i lift a lot of weights, does it bother you when you life heavy dumbbells and barbells?
Yes. I don’t wear it lifting.

It cannot connect to external sensors. If you wear it, yes it will record your heart rate and recovery data.

The heart rate seems to be accurate to me. I have not tested the M1 sensor.

Crazy technology, would love to get one. Hopefully in a year or 2 this tech will be more available
Yeah it’s awesome

Mine tells me to avoid bright lights pretty early too. The steps have been decent for me. I think.
This is so hight tech, cool to see
It is!
Is no technical and has no comparison with any standard gadget
Interesting tool, but 300$ it's a lot of money
It is, but if you want really accurate data to monitor your cardiovascular health and recovery, it’s really good!
@@UltraTrailSteven I believe so :)
@@UltraTrailSteven What scientific measurements with medical reference devices you did to claim that its really good?
So this is mainly a paid promotion
Not at all. Completely honest opinion. Brand had no preview of the video
Depth? No technical, no comparison with others, and no test of accuracy and precision zzzzzzz
