The IRO sin bin wasn’t ridiculous. He come flying full steam and made direct contact to the head with minimal dropping from dwz. I thought it should have been a penalty only at worst but can see why it was a sin bin off the calls this year. On the other hand the cotter one was absolutely ridiculous the bloke was 10 cm off the ground and fell into cotters arm where cotter didn’t initiate the contact at all, where as IRO initiated the contact.
Hey boys, just a thought about the Broncos season. Other than the obvious things like injuries impacting them this year, I feel like people also are forgetting that before last year, none of them had even played past September in first grade then they go all the way to the GF, many of them get their first crack at international footy after the GF loss that makes that season go even longer. Then they roll into this year and start by flying over to Vegas for round one. Not making excuses, but I think there is something to be said for how much last year may have emptied the gas tank this year. Also just shows how amazing Penrith are doing it for so long now. Cheers for the content
Hey lads. Love the poddy. L1 from day1. Just a quick one, with all the send offs happening lately, I was wondering when players get sent off, do they get a spray from the coaches or players after the game or in the video sessions in the following week? Or is it left on the field? Love your work, don’t go changing
You guys should see if the Play on boys with SJ or the morning shift want to be part of the golf tournament they are always good for a laugh and they would love the kopapa 🤙
Just to back scope up here, JWH broke Api's jaw was the one he was thinking of. Love JWH as a player but he definitely walks the line and steps over it on a semi regular occasion. Probably could have played 400 games by now if it wasn't for the number of suspensions he's served. Love ya boys, L1 from Day 1
After the Sharks game I've really been reflecting on myself as a Wahz fan. Reading comments from Sharks fans, I expected them to be like "ohhh so this is how Warriors fans feel when they get bad calls, I get it now." But they weren't, based on the comments you would think they were the first team ever to have bad calls made against them. And I had the epiphany: no one cares about or is even conscious of other teams' grief. It's just like life, it's pointless to whinge and complain expecting 'justice' because no one cares, no one is going give you sympathy. Just like life won't change, you have to change. The Warriors have been in the NRL for approx 30 years and the NRL is never going to change, we have to change and deal with it.
Doin boys 💪 great job on the podcast by the way it’s mad that youse don’t always agree with each other it’s hectic seeing the OG’s opinions of what the players are like nowadays. Wiremu’s team would’ve run riot if socials were what they are now 😂 But they were the best 💪 in there time
Hey boys. Re the Roosters - do they have any questions to answer around the Walker and Cheese injuries. Both those boys were taped up around the affected knees before the match started. Why did they play if they had existing issues when the top 4 is wrapped up? Cheese copped a knock early and was limping around for 30 minutes before the Whitehead tackle finished him off. Why was he left on the field when you have Connor Watson on the bench to play that position?
I wholeheartedly agree on the whole players doing a vlog, like seriously cut that shit out, I would hate for a player in my team to focus so much on social media because to me shows he cares more about his popularity on instagram or tiktok rather than his own footy, it’s distracting and it takes your mind away from your main focus which is playing good football week in week out, these days with social media becoming big and 90% of players having instagram and other social media accounts it takes the focus away from the football which is the main thing, unless you’re killing it every week, such as the current Penrith mob of 2020-till now then fair enough, I might give you that leeway otherwise get the F off that shit. I told my mate who’s a Cowboys supporter why is Chad Townsend vlogging when his team are getting thrashed, I remember he was vlogging last year during the period where they got smacked 66-18 to the Tigers, like why, I would be livid if he was apart of my team doing that, I don’t care about your day or what you eat, how you train, what items you’re trying to sell or what you shit for breakfast, just deliver on the field and play good footy. As a Sharks supporter when Gallen started to do it heavily around 2019 during his final season when he mainly appeared on channel 9 as a commentator while continuing to play for the Sharks, I seriously hated that because I knew his focus was more on the media side of things rather than the football side of things and as a fan that really irked me, so I agree with Mase 100%. Social media is toxic and isn’t something players need to focus on, the occasional story upload here and there fair enough, but constant use of social media, nah not my thing. This is why the Broncos failed miserably this year as well, their players would rather win a popularity contest and be famous around their fans and social media pages and this makes them have massive ego’s and it gets to their heads and it completely distracts from the main task and again that is playing good football, we need more oldschool hard head coaches who won’t allow players to dictate what goes on behind the scenes or them freely using social media which more times than not, gets players in trouble, hence why Bellamy, Bennett and evem Shane Flanagan being hardhead coaches are great for this kind of thing. I’d oldschool like Mase and started watching the NRL in 98 up until now and I’ve never been a fan of social media use.
Give lukey a mic.. so he can chime in when needed.. not to be the 3rd guy on the podcast, but just so we can hear him when you do reach out to him for information. 👍👍
Boys, love the poddy, loved playing against yous at the 9s comp (I was in the legacy team). Quick question, why doesn’t rugby league have the 2 yellow cards (10 in the bin) equals a red card (sent off). Rugby union and football both have this, simply wondering why league doesn’t. Cheers lads, keep up the mad mahi!!
The sin bin ultimately cost the sharks the game…… yeah lets never-mind the unforced drop ball early in the tackle count from the sharks on halfway with 1 minute to go that gave the warriors one last set.
My plan would be teddy to 6 joey to 1 this would have an attacking runnerwho could shake n bump over defence look at the power in his hips and glutes then Jo Manu ripping it up from the back and having more space to for Dom to work up top speed I see this combo threatening every team so long as teddy gets his attacking kicks on point especially in the opposition half
Let’s call it what it is. Glass Houses. Great comparison I don’t see any difference between JWH head highs and hip drops. We know so little in terms of these head knocks compared to how we fix knees. Same same. Shout out to DWZ, hope the scans on your head/jaw have all come up ok. Did your dairy run out of milk? Hope they’ve restocked. Thoughts and prayers bro.
Call me old school but I’d be pissed off as a coach if I saw one of my players self aggrandising before a game, particularly if we’re playing like shit as much as I used to get pissed off with players laughing it up after a loss. In fact I’d make it a rule not to go on socials on game day until after the game even if we were minor premiers. Wankers!
Hey boys. With the dolphins not wanting to be "called" Redcliffe do you think this feeling trickles down to the coach and players or its more just the front office and the marketing team that feel strongly about being just "the dolphins". Plus do they now have the best centre pairing in the game right now with hammer and herbie. Loving the poddy boys
Come on Scope's could of made the Golf day more accessible for us punters $800+ for and individual aslomst seems like you don't want us there 🤔. Typical NRL boys club mentality, with out us punters there wouldn't be a LEVELS. Still best NRL content out there keep smashing it lads.
Hey boys thoughts on souths pack for next season? At full strength I think all the players themselves are guns but working as a pack I think we still might be too undersized? Arrow/tatola/murray/keaon/duncan and Aitken with Pete mamo at 9 and whatever bench you like? All good players but dont really have a point of difference or do we need to perhaps adopt a bit more a small ball style like the dogs? I was really hoping we got Royce hunt who was confirmed today off to tigerland, do you agree that as a “forward pack” we might struggle? Especially with our below par yardage carries? Would love your thoughts l1 from day 1 💙💙
Hey boys the debate between national youth cup or reserve grade is interesting why not just meet in the middle. If u remember I msged in about a yr ago asking ur opions on a president cup under 23 with the ability to field 3 or 4 over age players. Injured first graders coming back from injury and journeymen helping the youngsters out, late bloomers not being discarded after jersey flegg. I also think you won't see them high scoring games that we used to see in the old Holden cup days with this concept.. play these games before first grade so fans can get better value when going to the footy and maybe televise the best 2 games of the rd every week
Pretty biased against the Raiders as usual. Brandon had done his ACL way before Elliot tackled him. Robbo also said the Raiders got the better calls in the 2019 grand final! You guys like Robbo and believe his BS, as a Raiders fan I think the opposite and absolutely hate the guy.
Brandon looked like he should’ve been taken off way before that incident with whitehead. Robbo and the coaching staff need to take some accountability too. And it is very hypocritical considering he coaches JWH and Radley
I know the QRL has a lot of history they wanna hang on to, but wouldn't a national reserve grade be better than another under 20's? Twenty seems way too young a cut off to be the number 2 comp, which I'm sure it will become again, even when it's clearly not
Hey fellas loving the gradual chats around players deliberately milking penalties on obstruction plays with no intention at all of making an attempt at a tackle or effort at it which can cost teams tries and games, now with big name commentators like Gus and Joey calling it out on tv and podcasts with big follows like levels addressing the issue will it force a crackdown on it from the refs to a black and white understanding and potentially penalising the milker for poor gameship whilst still upholding clear obstructions ?? Cheers boys
Hey boys. As a Broncos fan it is so frustrating seeing this season play out. We have seen this movie before after the 2015 GF. Close Grand Final loss - followed by a disappointing season (though they did make the 2016 finals but were knocked out early) - going all in on talent over experience - then wondering where your leaders are to get you out of the hole when times get tough. Before you know it you are getting the spoon while the players are celebrating a gender reveal on the field after the last game of the season - in front of a sickened and shell shocked fanbase that are wondering how this once great club ever let things get to this. If they don't make bold decisions in the off season we are staring down the barrel of an awful sequel.
Have to agree with scope and disagree with mase on this one. JWH continues to hit high whether he plays the game aggressive or not. Hip drops aren’t intentional sometimes you lose grip and fall down on the legs. Hargreaves intentionally hits high and is a repeat offender. Robbo out of line for that reaction to Elliot when his players are worse in the comp
100% agree. Robbo suggesting that Elliott is, essentially, a grub for his tackling technique is farcical. No examples of other instances of it, no examples of suspensions from it. Just a he's got this in his game and I've been following him throughout his career and naming the clubs he's played for doesn't mean a damn thing without actual evidence. Just sounded like he was clutching for reasons not to accept the apology
Canterbury pack has been exposed. That hit by Haumole on Morrin is going to happen more and more as Canterbury plays the better teams. Morrin is too small to be an NRL forward and Haumole gave him the treatment that an undersized forward deserves

Just a quick one, with all the send offs happening lately, I was wondering when players get sent off, do they get a spray from the coaches or players after the game or in the video sessions in the following week? Or is it left on the field? Love your work, don’t go changing
Gotta have a big Willie to pull a shirt like that off! Where’d you score that one Bigfella? 🖤💛❤
1:32:15 What was this about payne haas?
OG had a 🇹🇴 moment lol.
You guys should see if the Play on boys with SJ or the morning shift want to be part of the golf tournament they are always good for a laugh and they would love the kopapa 🤙
Mongrel boots as a sponsor let’s go only work boots I wear
A comp between sg and matt's would be good. Big difference from 18s to 16s
Boys what did you make of the chat around the Roosters now that Walker and Cheese are gone - can they still win?
I don’t think Mase realises his microphone works with how much he shouts into it
Horo challenging Mase is why I listen che
Just to back scope up here, JWH broke Api's jaw was the one he was thinking of. Love JWH as a player but he definitely walks the line and steps over it on a semi regular occasion. Probably could have played 400 games by now if it wasn't for the number of suspensions he's served.
Love ya boys, L1 from Day 1
Good example of what scope is saying about coach/ captain chat is (probably) how Whitehead takes the question and Sticky says nothing.
Jordan Riki and others under Willie's ring of 🔥 be like 😳😆😆
Doin boys 💪 great job on the podcast by the way it’s mad that youse don’t always agree with each other it’s hectic seeing the OG’s opinions of what the players are like nowadays.
Wiremu’s team would’ve run riot if socials were what they are now 😂 But they were the best 💪 in there time
GO COWBOYS!!!!❤
throwing in "Scope, Manly great" shouldnt of been missed 😂
Mase and hoz what's your thoughts on guthos reported injuries he has been carrying for weeks 3 broken ribs and a torn quad what a warrior
49:06 😂
Up The Mighty Raiders 💚🥛
Good game, Mase #GoManly
i thought herbie said the opposite that theyd been training like that all week, he and the hammer gave up the coaches secrets! :)
Did you say kafusi is going to miss 2 games ???? I’m positive he fought the charge and won it ?
Give lukey a mic.. so he can chime in when needed.. not to be the 3rd guy on the podcast, but just so we can hear him when you do reach out to him for information. 👍👍
Boys, love the poddy, loved playing against yous at the 9s comp (I was in the legacy team).
Quick question, why doesn’t rugby league have the 2 yellow cards (10 in the bin) equals a red card (sent off). Rugby union and football both have this, simply wondering why league doesn’t. Cheers lads, keep up the mad mahi!!
The sin bin ultimately cost the sharks the game…… yeah lets never-mind the unforced drop ball early in the tackle count from the sharks on halfway with 1 minute to go that gave the warriors one last set.
karma i recon was a forward pass before the dropped ball
My plan would be teddy to 6 joey to 1 this would have an attacking runnerwho could shake n bump over defence look at the power in his hips and glutes then Jo Manu ripping it up from the back and having more space to for Dom to work up top speed I see this combo threatening every team so long as teddy gets his attacking kicks on point especially in the opposition half
Yo big Willy what’s your Mount Rushmore of Bulldogs players?
Let’s call it what it is. Glass Houses. Great comparison I don’t see any difference between JWH head highs and hip drops. We know so little in terms of these head knocks compared to how we fix knees. Same same.
Shout out to DWZ, hope the scans on your head/jaw have all come up ok. Did your dairy run out of milk? Hope they’ve restocked. Thoughts and prayers bro.
I’ll fucking do it, every day - Willie Mason 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Whitehead never hipdropped smith, he tackled him around the head and slipped.
Kisses to the Sky... Humdinger Love...
No way a hip drop for me. Cheese twisted around and Elliot was facing him when both going to the floor.
broncos would pay a mil for sam walker starting 2026, easily
Come on Scope's could of made the Golf day more accessible for us punters $800+ for and individual aslomst seems like you don't want us there 🤔.
Typical NRL boys club mentality, with out us punters there wouldn't be a LEVELS.
Still best NRL content out there keep smashing it lads.
Riki coping it🤣🤣
Hey boys thoughts on souths pack for next season?
Chuck faalogo on the sevens field
Yo, when you gonna get Stowie a mic?
Pretty biased against the Raiders as usual. Brandon had done his ACL way before Elliot tackled him. Robbo also said the Raiders got the better calls in the 2019 grand final! You guys like Robbo and believe his BS, as a Raiders fan I think the opposite and absolutely hate the guy.
lets go!
Aggressive tackle and a hip drop not even in the same ball park . Please
I’m with Mase with Walker. He is only getting 1.2m if he leaves. Roosters won’t paying that much.
Brandon looked like he should’ve been taken off way before that incident with whitehead. Robbo and the coaching staff need to take some accountability too. And it is very hypocritical considering he coaches JWH and Radley
Dsaf has hugely underperformed for a few years now. Defence is attrocious aswell.
I know the QRL has a lot of history they wanna hang on to, but wouldn't a national reserve grade be better than another under 20's? Twenty seems way too young a cut off to be the number 2 comp, which I'm sure it will become again, even when it's clearly not
Can i buy a ticket to be with Mase on the drinks cart 😂
Payne haas now getting surgery on his lisfranc, why the fuck did they make him play 76 minutes on it last week 💀💀💀 kev is rattleddddd
Canterbury pack has been exposed. That hit by Haumole on Morrin is going to happen more and more as Canterbury plays the better teams. Morrin is too small to be an NRL forward and Haumole gave him the treatment that an undersized forward deserves
