I swear to god, i've never raved about a product as much as the klairs midnight blue calming cream , there's literally no dupe , no alternatives to that products , it is literally magic in a bottle , never seen it not work . extremely extremely soothing and calming for anyone who uses tret or other aha , bha's just go for it , it's worth the freaking price .
I think so as ur doctor , it make perfect sense to know ur perspective and review , very helpfull ..so come up with more skincare and makeup products and specially for oily skin type

I've used sunscreen like acne uv gel/ requill dry touch sunscreen that include silicones and trust me they dont allow the skin to breathe. The skin does not heal and my marks and textures darkened. Then I started using deconstruct sunscreen and omg it was a lifesaverrrrrr😍❤️
Ipca acne uv gel is great I have used it like for 2 months and switched to deconstruct hearing raves about ittt but when it peels I hate the feeling!! I may get back to acne uv sunscreen soon but it's just that it's too pricey for 50g of product 😢

6:51 I absolutely agree. I have used it on a doctor's recommendation whom I met on TH-cam and then connected on Instagram. It's really so light and zero oil. I have extremely oily skin that gets oily in less than an hour. But it feels a little stretchy just after it dries up. And maybe I feel a little irritation or burning on my nose. May be because I used salicylic acid 2% face wash before using it which causes exfoliation. And I don't know if it provides any moisturization or not because it's so light. But I like this moisturiser because of its light weight.
Hey! So glad you liked it! It does feel a bit stretchy because it’s a very water like gel and dried up on the skin! But it is very hydrating, to be more moisturising it needed more emollients which would make it heavier so I guess if there’s someone with extremely oily skin who just needs a hydrating product that feels like water this is perfect!

those dr sheths moisturiser have coconut alkanes are they comedogenic ?? need your insight on this , have seen many similar oil free moisturiser with coconut alkane as third or fourth ingredient
Hey! No don’t worry about coconut alkanes, there’s a lot of fear mongering around them but in reality it’s completely fine to use them, it also depends on the formulations. If a moisturiser says it’s for dry skin and has coconut alkanes that probably means they used it in a higher concentration to make the formula more emollient which naturally is not for oily skin type. I hope that helps 🌻

hey when you start using retinols (especially high strength prescription ones like adaplene, tretinoin etc) for the fist 4-6 weeks you get some side effects, dry and flaky skin is one of these side effects but as you use them for a longer period of time the skin adjusts and your skin is back to normal. Also if you use them consistently for like 12 or more months you do notice that they reduce oil production.

I used 1% niacinamide as a beginner. Then I used 3% niacinamide. Then increased to 5%. I have started using niacinamide only like 2 months back. But even 5% niacinamide serum isn't working in reducing oil in my case.
