That's the area my Dad was from. My grandparents house was on Potosi & Zarzamora near the handball courts across from the old Texas Latino Ice House where my Tio would hang out. I didn't grow up with them but I got to know them when I became old enough to go meet them for myself.

Evening into nighttime on a weekend without a reason to be out? Wouldn't recommend it. Crime is happening all over anyway now that the city is open to so many out of staters who bring their problems with them.

This is a dangerous area even if you’re from the city. It’s smart to avoid certain areas at certain times because they can be dangerous.

I use to live in this area as a kid and I am alive and well. Plus I went to college and graduated high school. But I forget I am not smart😂
