Something i have realized over the years is that fundamentally, people often don't actually want to get fit, get good grades, make good money or actually improve. Rather, they actually wanted the benefits that comes out of it. People don't want to be fit if being fit doesn't comes with the benefit of being more attractive and healthier, nor people want a better gpa if it doesn't have the benefit of landing them a job they desire. What i am trying to say, is that the main reason that people are not motivated enough, is because of the fact that improving their own aspects of life , like wealth, health or even intellect, doesn't lead to a overarching specific goal that they might have, and I am talking about something very specific here, like while self improvement does actually make your life "better" in a lot of ways, does it actually lead you to the life that you actually want. Like maybe being fit doesn't actually attract the kind of people you actually desire, or having a good gpa on a line of work that you're no longer passionate about may not get you the job you really want, or maybe, having more wealth doesn't mean anything if you don't find something actually meaningfull to spend on. This idea of an actual overarching goal here aren't meant to contradict your work here btw, rather, it extends and builds on top of your work, which is great for those that can't visualise their progress, and to me it could be an interesting idea to think about. Anyways, have a great day !

Time Bound - By the end of this semester, which is in January. For my entire life if the plan works out for me, if not I modify the plan and do that daily instead. Actionable step: I have to learn productively by working 2 hours a day. I have to follow my workout routine rigorously.
