Some people might not approve but explosive squats helped me a lot with my punching power as most power in a punch comes from your legs so what I like to do is do explosive squats with a 15lb medicine ball 3-12 to train my fast twitch fibers but idk I prefer it
what 3-12 means? 3 sets of 12 reps? if so, then you should do less than 9 reps, for more strenght gains, and not sarcoplasm hipertrofy!
that way, you will probabily get too much useless muscle tissue wich will be bad for ya

Can you make an intermediate plyometric leg workout for hops and speed? 5 reps is too easy and I think 15 is too much.
5 reps is scientifically the best rep range for plyometrics

yes, as long as the creatine is pure monohydrate and no flavor, preworkouts better be stim free( caffeine free) , and protein powder depend on your tolerance , there are people who cant absorb wheat protein well

full body plyometrics will be superior than upperbody like you are not just only allowed to punch and also most of the power comes from legs and ofcourse core and in my opinion these exercise are superior for punching power.
