One of the reasons that I bought the chirps wheels was the review that you did on them. Recently, I purchased an infrared sauna blanket. It has helped my back tremendously. I am only 5'4 (ish), and do not fill it up. This has helped with a lot of inflammation also. I do agree with the chair situation and that it can really make a big difference. 🙂
Glad you like the Chirp Wheel! Good timing as I recently just received the Chirp Wheel XL that I'm bringing to the channel soon as well. Great idea on an infrared sauna blanket. I've never thought of that, but will be looking into it!
Would love to hear if you ever find a new chair, or what your current one is. As someone who’s 6’8 285lbs, finding a good chair has always been a problem. Thanks for the reviews 🙌
I was going to get a Titan XL, but ended up taking my work chair home during the pandemic. I’m hybrid now, and they had extras, so I got to keep this one and have one at work too. I started looking at the Titan again recently, but they changed their lineup.
Thank you for this video, it's quite informative. And I was immediately reminded of how much I dislike going to the dentist. It always seems that the work needed on my teeth will take at least an hour and the chair is just not built for tall people, even though they adjust it as much as possible for me. By the time the work is finished, my back is really sore.
That’s a great point! Dentist chairs, and medical equipment in general are just uncomfortable. I did an MRI recently and went in head first. I made the mistake of opening my eyes and saw that the tube was maybe an inch away from my nose. Gives me chills just thinking about it…
I found out that my constant right elbow and left shoulder pain was because I added a cheap Walmart cushion to my ergonomic chair and cause so much disaligment I was f*up
I am 6'8 340 lbs and have a titan evo XL. It hurts to sit on after a little while. I've tried using a purple ultimate cushion but it is not any more comfortable. I am looking into different chairs. I am interested in the officedepot shaq nereus xxl chair, but saw some posts on reddit that said the durability might be bad, it is also bonded leather so that will wear out fast too.

Now that's the way to do it! Can't beat snagging one from the office to save quite a few dollars, lol.

3rd party seat cushions do help if you think over it in advance and get a proper chair with height adjustable back or at least lumbar support

Romain deadlifts and core exercises also help to strengthen the lower back.
